I don't like being ill, which I am a lot, but I enjoy going to see Dr. Rosenberg when I am. I am very comfortable in his presence and genuinely like the man. He listens to my concerns, and has me on a regimen of medications that have my asthma and COPD under control, along with various heart issues. If he's not available for an appointment, his PAC's usually can see me same day, and he's been known to see me during his lunch hour. I can't say enough good about Dr. R and his office staff, which has had a nearly complete turnover in the past few years, all for the better. Highly recommend!

David gilmor is a pill pusher, every time i have ever seen him, all he does is talk about the pills he pops and how i should try some. i actually had a medical condition, that these quacks left untreated, while lining their pockets along the way. if i was rich, i'd sue them out of the medical industry and make sure they never harm another patient as long as they live. They are spread around the metro area so you shouldn't have to go too far. We have used this location a few times in the past but it has been a while. There is no appointment needed but they also include the ability to sign up online to hold your place in the walk-in line. It also shows you how long the estimated wait time is. When you arrive you need to sign in at the counter or by using the kiosk nearby. Then you have a seat and check the electronic screen showing your place in line. I have never experienced longer wait times than they originally estimated. I have used the online system but mostly I just show up. The staff, including the doctors and nurses, are all professional, polite, and very competent in my experience; they quickly discuss your issue and get to the cause and solutions.

This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

The two times I have visited it was not busy, everyone was masked and they brought me / us into the exam room right away. All the staff was very friendly and I was impressed with Dr Kahrs who took her time listening, running diagnostics, x Ray images and then diagnosis (broken ankle) with recommendations. Our prescriptions were promptly sent over to the pharmacy and notes were given for follow up care. Overall I felt just as comfortable as if I visiting my family doctor after hours, rather than the stress of an ER and have recommended them to multiple friends during flu season.

The lady at the front desk at St John told me I did not need to make an appointment. Walk ins are welcome. I was a little confused because I did not know where the entrance was for the St John lab. I had to call the number on google and ask for which entrance (East). I parked and went in to look at the directory and walked down the hall. The waiting room was empty and small, but very clean. I told her my name, gave her my slip and insurance card, and only waited a few minutes. Everything went by really fast. The nurse was kind and helpful. She asked if I had any questions and took her time with me because I do not like needles. She explained what she was doing and what was being tested, which was very helpful. I am glad I chose St. John.
