I got a cold-call from Orchard Labs to confirm personal and insurance information. When I asked the sales rep to provide the name of the doctor who ordered the tests and the lab work performed she said she would look it up and put me on hold. Someone named Myra, claiming to be a supervisor, then picked up the phone and wanted to confirm insurance information. I told her that I would not buy anything and I wanted to be removed from their call list. She ended the call immediately. At no time were they able to give me my correct name, my doctor or the lab work requested, but they kept asking for more personal and insurance information. Be very careful dealing with this company!

We arrived just after 7pm and went through lobby check in where they checked our temperatures and cleared us to proceed to the Radiology. That is where we had to answer questions and present her insurance cards. She called to verify that Radiology was still open and was told yes, until 8pm. Then we were directed where to go and wait to be called in. As with previous visits here to other departments, everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcomed. It was very quiet throughout the facilities, maybe because it was after 7pm and not too many people came in for any treatments. Even though it was not busy, we still waited over 35 minutes before my wife was rolled into the X-Ray room and had her X-Ray taken. We found out that there was a miscommunication problem and our check in hadn't been relayed to the X-Ray tech who was getting ready to close. But she was able to set up the equipment and take care of the tests we needed. Then, since my wife was a good girl, we went for ice cream.

We have been getting our lab work done here for many years. So partly it's a convenience factor but there are other considerations as well, especially for my wife. For some reason nurses tend to have trouble finding her veins and have to often make multiple attempts. At this lab the nurses seem to be consistently able to successfully find it on their first try, especially Marilyn! The results are normally available on line in less than 24 hours. Currently they are requiring masks and also checking temperatures upon entering and blocking off some of the waiting room seating to maintain the required distances.
