READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU READ ALL THE NEGATIVE ONES:…read more All the negative reviews for this Care Now location are about: - Slow wait times for a Covid test (Yes, if you're familiar, we're still in a pandemic & there are random climbs of Covid cases but somehow you think you're entitled to receive your results first. This is Urgent Care, not a McDonalds Drive Through) - "Front desk being slow & rude to people." This one is my favorite, so tell me this Karen's and Ken's of Yelp: you walk in, you fill out this 2 page sheet with your information, they get a copy of your ID, your insurance, they contact your insurance, wait to get called on. What people don't realize is that there's 10 people in the same room as them THAT HAD TO FILL OUT THE SAME FORM AS THEM & one person doing the job. Front desk, you guys kill it - "Doctor said this, Doctor said that".... No. Doctor most likely provided enough information with the information he was provided. Ask questions. This isn't high school where you think asking questions will make you look stupid in front of your peers, this is your health & well-being. Unless if you want that to look stupid too then idk what to tell ya, maybe you're missing brain cells. - My personal experience: I registered online, booked an appointment online, I asked my questions that I wanted to ask prior to coming in, I came in, filled out the form, waited patiently alongside with 10 other people in the room, got my temp/blood pressure/etc check, spoke to the doctor in full detail with what was going on, got Covid checked, prescribed me medicine, done. I'm 29 years old, if you see anyone looking older than 29 yelling at the front desk, tell them to sit down & not embarrass themselves. They came in for Care Now's help, not the other way around.

The front desk is absolutely horrible, poor customer service and bad attitudes…read more The lady who gave me a TB skin test had no idea what she was doing. She put a tunicate on my arm, then put the needle straight into my arm, and the the bevel of the needle was side ways meaning she injected tuberculin into the side of my arm, no wheel appeared. I told her that she was doing the test incorrectly and she said her teacher trained her to do it this way!

Insurance billed $7,024, they paid $1099, the clinic discounted the bill $5568 and I ended up paying $600 out of pocket and I have really good insurance. Unless you're shot in the middle of the street and can't make it to the real hospital, avoid this place. It is NOT an urgent care.

So many urgent cares and doctor's offices these days act like patients are wasting their personal time, but this one didn't. Literally every person I talked to had a smile on their face. As someone with major doctor anxiety, this location was very refreshing and accommodating. I will say that it was very hard to find a parking spot with all of the retail stores surrounding it, so be prepared for that. It would be nice if they had designated urgent care parking so patients didn't have to walk across a hot and crowded parking lot with a fever, but you can't have everything. Regardless, this location will now be my go-to for any urgent care issues!

The techs seem unable to smile or make you feel confident in the care you are receiving. I felt like a bother to them. Yes, they were fast, too fast, focused on that instead of me. Whether it was because of high patient volume, job dissatisfaction, or persinal lack of empathy I am not certain. Other than that, the facility was clean, office staff were professional and courteous, radiologist report was fast, schefuling was mediocre...long wait times on the phone. Leave messages and don't get called back. I called and left a message on the Radiology Ditector's voicemail to ask a question about my exam. She never called back. I was so disappointed, I do not think I will go back.

Due to circumstances, I ended up at Advance ER and came away extremely impressed with the staff and facility. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - I was immediately greeted upon walking in and directed to sit in a very nice waiting area. While this is a full emergency room, I felt like I was in a nicely decorated doctor's office. It made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. 1 Star. Service - The staff went above and beyond. I explained my situation, provided my ID and info, and the helped me throughout the process including assisting with paperwork. Each of the nurses on staff were also helpful, treated me with respect, and the whole time I felt very at ease. 1 Star. Facility - This is the most impressive part of Advance ER. It's like a hospital floor, with a nursing station and examination rooms. Also, they can do everything on site, like imaging, blood and urine work, and more. This makes it very convenient because I didn't have to go to different offices. Everything I needed was done at Advance ER. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes (actually No, because it means something happened to me ). But Yes I would recommend Advance ER to anyone who wants a one stop shop to get a checkup/imaging/prescriptions, etc. all in one place. 1 Star.
