I received an email confirmation almost immediately, with a reminder to bring the doctor's order, ID, and insurance card. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at 7:45 (remember your mask!), entered the facility, and checked in at the kiosk -- and then sat in one of the well spaced out chairs. Within 30 seconds, two of us were called back -- to rooms 2 and 3. The phlebotomist, who was both professional and friendly, input all of my necessary information into the computer and then did the blood draw. i was back to my car by 8 am (my original appointment time). Of special note, I have difficult veins and am sometimes subjected to multiple pokes which has created a phobia for me. That was NOT the case this time. She got it on the first try. Also, Quest was able to honor a physician's order from Virginia, which had been denied by another lab. Finally, Quest posted the results of the test on the same day, in the evening. I could not have asked for a better experience. One final note. Quest does take walk-ins at this location. However, priority is given to patients who have appointments.

I went back today and things went great. I didn't have to wait and since my paperwork was already done yesterday, I was in and out pretty quickly. Lilly was very professional and did a great job.
