Jeff in the lab has also gone out of his way to accommodate all of my crazy after hour and weekends needs when it comes to dropping of water samples for analysis. Speaking of records, they don't use Epic MyChart nor any electronic records. Nothing is transparent or accessible. They don't accept any records from outside transferred in. So without any 'history' a claim was denied. Their response is they make their own history okay. They have but not a helpful one. The staff that do monitors aren't knowledgeable at all about the sensors. The imaging techs were good and that was the only positive. I write this review so people who need timely assistance will not be harmed. Further if you come, record everything bc they will falsify some events and leave you in the lurch. Run from this place.

I was completely blown away during my appointment i almost wanted to cry because for the first time in 5 years dealing with my mysterious heart issue i felt seen and heard. Dr. Boler was thorough and knowledgeable and you can really tell she loves her job. She is not bitter, dismissive or non chalant like some physicians can be and if she is burnt out as some healthcare providers can get, it doesn't show. She is professional kind and patient. I'm so happy to have found her and this clinic. Would definitely recommend.
