The waiting area is a bit strange but you really aren't there long enough to care too mi h honestly. If you happen to come when it may be busy there are several magazines you can take a look at to pass the time. When you first walk in there is a touch screen kiosk that helps sign you in and scans your driver license and insurance card. Very fast and effective way to sign in. The doctor office that is connected to the area is very loud and a bit overwhelming. When I came in they were speaking about stuff I deem inappropriate for a patient to hear but again this had nothing to do with the nice lady that was a one team woman for LabCorp! If you need fast and wonderful service this can be the secret spot to stop in to get your needs taken care of

There were no signs even on the LabCorp door itself. I went in and knocked on the number suite that the website suggested. To my surprise there was a man in there doing all the lab test himself. I signed in on the computer in the waiting room. He came out and gave me what I needed to do the urine test. Very little conversation or direction. However they were very fast completing the test and for that reason they get a four*. If you do not see the sign Go in the front door and it is the first door on your right as you go through the lobby.

When I went inside, I had forgotten to check in. The front desk was extremely proactive in helping me and very patient. I was quickly called back after check-in, and the practitioner taking the draw was very skilled - no rooting around for a vein or hurting me. And just like that, two vials of blood were drawn! The pleasantries from everyone were professional and appropriate. I would definitely recommend this location if you're needing a quick appointment without looking like you were punched in the arm afterward.

I tried to lighten the mood by making small talk/ a joke and she completely IGNORED me. Like I was a piece of machinery, not a human. She thankfully had to call another tech to get my vein and this tech, Kendra, was SUPER. I was also crying at this point. Then I was left to sit in the chair after the blood draw and TERRIBLE TECH#1 was back at her computer. After a few minutes, she said, "Oh you're good- you can go." And there is no way to speak to a supervisor or anything- forget that. This person needs a CAP and if she hates her job so much, QUIT!
