When I went inside, I had forgotten to check in. The front desk was extremely proactive in helping me and very patient. I was quickly called back after check-in, and the practitioner taking the draw was very skilled - no rooting around for a vein or hurting me. And just like that, two vials of blood were drawn! The pleasantries from everyone were professional and appropriate. I would definitely recommend this location if you're needing a quick appointment without looking like you were punched in the arm afterward.

There were no signs even on the LabCorp door itself. I went in and knocked on the number suite that the website suggested. To my surprise there was a man in there doing all the lab test himself. I signed in on the computer in the waiting room. He came out and gave me what I needed to do the urine test. Very little conversation or direction. However they were very fast completing the test and for that reason they get a four*. If you do not see the sign Go in the front door and it is the first door on your right as you go through the lobby.

Today he was told that it could be 72 business hours before report is sent to doctor. That's next week. Medstar lied and he would have never gone there. He's in serious pain and cannot afford to wait until next week. Corporate will not respond to calls/complaints. Avoid all Medstars regardless of medical procedure needed, all they do is lie!

I was there At Medstar for imaging and having to report half hour before and then kept waiting for another hour for a scan. Again another 1.5 hour wait for something that can be planned. I have had scans before and have always used Advanced Radiology. Never an issue and believe me I have had several scans. I thought I'd try it at Medstar. Never again. My time like your time is valuable. If I wasn't going in until 1.5 hours later, call or text the delay. I can deal with it, but don't have me sit In Your chairs for 1.5 hours.
