When I went inside, I had forgotten to check in. The front desk was extremely proactive in helping me and very patient. The pleasantries from everyone were professional and appropriate. I would definitely recommend this location if you're needing a quick appointment without looking like you were punched in the arm afterward.

The doctor office that is connected to the area is very loud and a bit overwhelming. When I came in they were speaking about stuff I deem inappropriate for a patient to hear but again this had nothing to do with the nice lady that was a one team woman for LabCorp! There were no signs even on the LabCorp door itself. I went in and knocked on the number suite that the website suggested. To my surprise there was a man in there doing all the lab test himself. I signed in on the computer in the waiting room. He came out and gave me what I needed to do the urine test. Very little conversation or direction. However they were very fast completing the test and for that reason they get a four*. Today he was told that it could be 72 business hours before report is sent to doctor. That's next week. Medstar lied and he would have never gone there. He's in serious pain and cannot afford to wait until next week. Corporate will not respond to calls/complaints. Avoid all Medstars regardless of medical procedure needed, all they do is lie!

My time like your time is valuable. If I wasn't going in until 1.5 hours later, call or text the delay. I can deal with it, but don't have me sit In Your chairs for 1.5 hours.

For the receptionist to call me and tell me i read the order wrong to her and o was scheduled for the wrong test when in fact she copied the order while i was standing there. Then i get rescheduled and i told the office manager who she transferred me to thaf i was not happy as i had rescheduled other appointments to the afternoon. And that i would be there at the new scheduled time. Not once in the conversation with either was it mentioned that my appointment was canceled. I went in person, on a guy feeling to confirm the appointment. I then learned i dont have an appointment. So the communication between staff and patient stinks. It was never like this before. I get the appointment being cancelled. But at least be honest about it and not give aome bs reason about rescheduling. If i could give negative stars i would.
