Received a text an hour before appointment and then clicked the link to check in. Super simple. Entered facility and was seen almost immediately. Maybe waited 3 minutes. Was then greeted by a super friendly employee and escorted back to the room. She was very polite and friendly throughout the entire experience. She was talking to another tech while she was taking the vials of my blood. She was not polite & she hurt my arm so much, it is now purple & you can see blood under the skin. Having Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, I need to have labs done frequently. It always unpleasant with her & it hurts every time, but this was the worst! Most people are nice to me. She was NOT! This facility is so close to my work, & I don't often have to wait long, however I'm thinking of driving further out to find a place that I won't have this continue to happen.
