She was talking to another tech while she was taking the vials of my blood. She was not polite & she hurt my arm so much, it is now purple & you can see blood under the skin. Having Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, I need to have labs done frequently. It always unpleasant with her & it hurts every time, but this was the worst! Most people are nice to me. She was NOT! This facility is so close to my work, & I don't often have to wait long, however I'm thinking of driving further out to find a place that I won't have this continue to happen.

When you first walk in there is a touch screen kiosk that helps sign you in and scans your driver license and insurance card. Very fast and effective way to sign in. The doctor office that is connected to the area is very loud and a bit overwhelming. When I came in they were speaking about stuff I deem inappropriate for a patient to hear but again this had nothing to do with the nice lady that was a one team woman for LabCorp! There were no signs even on the LabCorp door itself. I went in and knocked on the number suite that the website suggested. To my surprise there was a man in there doing all the lab test himself. I signed in on the computer in the waiting room. He came out and gave me what I needed to do the urine test. Very little conversation or direction. However they were very fast completing the test and for that reason they get a four*. If you do not see the sign Go in the front door and it is the first door on your right as you go through the lobby.

If we didn't pay we were refused treatment. Of course we paid. Now, basically two months later, WE had to ask for the refund!! They need their money upfront, and the hard-working people with good insurance have to wait to get our money back. Go somewhere else if possible if you want to afford your normal bills.

For the receptionist to call me and tell me i read the order wrong to her and o was scheduled for the wrong test when in fact she copied the order while i was standing there. Then i get rescheduled and i told the office manager who she transferred me to thaf i was not happy as i had rescheduled other appointments to the afternoon. And that i would be there at the new scheduled time. Not once in the conversation with either was it mentioned that my appointment was canceled. I went in person, on a guy feeling to confirm the appointment. I then learned i dont have an appointment. So the communication between staff and patient stinks. It was never like this before. I get the appointment being cancelled. But at least be honest about it and not give aome bs reason about rescheduling. If i could give negative stars i would.
