The valet attendant, Sherrill, was very pleasant in handling our valet request and wished us a safe visit. We walked in the main entrance,turned left and went up a slight ramp, to the Information desk and were greeted by a pleasant lady who provided us wristbands to go to the floor where the procedure would be done. Once we got to the department, we were checked in and given the discounted parking validation ticket to retrieve our car after our visit. We were called for the procedure within 10 minutes after the appointment time and greeted by a pleasant staff person, who led us to the procedure room. The type of care that was provided was satisfactory and made us feel "seen". The care quality was good as well during every step pre- and post- procedure. All in all, a nice pleasant experience at this hospital, if your insurance covers procedures at this hospital.

We traveled from PA to his practice and it was a blessing to have a Dr who has built his practice around peripheral nerves unlike the multiple podiatrists we had previously seen. Upon arrival at UMMS Midtown, there were very few people in the waiting room and before my bracelet was even on my wrist, my name was called and I was shown into an examination room. Dr. Matilsky and the entire team at UMMS, Midtown were thoroughly professional, kind and caring. I was seen to promptly and back home in less than 2 hours with prescriptions waiting for me at my preferred pharmacy. I couldn't have been in more capable hands and am grateful for the care I received at their hands.

There were mini sodas, coffee and apples available outside of the ICU room for visitors. We were asked if we wanted a Pastor to come and pray and we said Yes. A very kind Pastor came to the Hospital, as she was on-call. Very lovely and kind. Ended up paying for $5 for my 2+ hour visit. Easy enough to drive into the parking garage. When exiting, be very careful! Once you get towards the bottom, the garage becomes tight and its a tight spiral to drive out
