Pretty fantastic place!…read more Easy to locate! Huge free parking lot. Nice, large, welcoming lobby area. Great front desk staff. Very helpful. Professional Physical Therapist (Patrick Wallace). They are located on the lower level as soon as you walk in. It's clean and has lots of seating. No appointment is necessary although you can make an appointment if that's more convenient. They not only treat injuries, but also have physical therapy by appointment. The hours are beyond convenient (open M-F until 7:30pm and even Saturday hours). Every staff member was very helpful and they take care of your needs. Everyone is friendly. Their level of care is terrific and they are efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. This is a one stop shop! They have X-rays available right there in the office which makes treatment so much easier. They also have many contraptions that one may need for orthopedic care without having to go some other place. The most incredible thing is that you can just walk-in without an apt! There's a kiosk at the front of the waiting area where you register and scan your license and insurance information. They then call you to the desk to complete the process and where you pay your copay. Within minutes - depending upon the amount of people in the waiting room - you are called back. This is like a walk-in clinic but without all the sickness/germs and waiting! I am sure it would be more of a wait if there were more people there with me. However, all components of the process run smoothly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this place enough! I am going to share with as many people as I can. Their prices are even better than those quick care places. It's wonderful having a place that is walk-in for those who unfortunately get injured outside of the normal time window of care at a doctor's office. It's nice that they specialize in orthopedic excellence!!

The wait time even with an appointment "reservation " is always ridiculous. At least 1.5 hours…read moreevery time. Today it was 2hours. The people are kind and wonderful, but the reservation system is flawed to have as many "reservations " per hour and walkins. Call them reservations or appointments; they are the same thing. There has been a change in how they handle their reservation system. They used to be my go to urgent care, but not after today. No improvement for longggg waits. Look at your reviews from 4+ years ago and then look at current reviews. Something needs to change.

I just had my last appointment with her today... this was my third time visiting her. Dr. Saikali…read moreis an ice queen. Probably hands down the "coldest" doctor I have ever been to. The first visit she was ok, she seemed interested in what was going on with my health. I am on a medication which causes my body to tremble and I am a hair stylist and had to call out of work due to the fact my hands were shaking so bad. My work requires doctor notes for absences and I called to see if she could provide one since she just saw me two days prior and she was well aware of the side effects of my medication. She denied my doctors note and made me come in for another visit so she could collect her $$$ and when she walked into the room she said so what's going on? No hello, I'm so sorry your shaking no compassion, no empathy..... it was just horrid.... Most recently I had a pancreatitis attack and was hospitalized and was told to visit my primary care physician. Which unfortunately was still Dr. Sakaili. Once again she was rude, quick, non empathetic and treated me as if I was a dollar sign. She denied me the medication the hospital recommended and was exceedingly rude about it. On my way out the door I canceled all future appointments and called my insurance company and found a new primary care physician.... I highly advise anyone seeking a doctor who actually cares and takes pride in their work to find someone else aside from this woman. I am a hundred percent against how she handles her business and I highly suggest you do your research before booking an appointment.

They left her alone struggling to breathe for nearly two hours until we finally had someone come in and tell us "we should have reminded them she needed the treatment, they could've gotten it started earlier". How does a medical facility forget a patient who clearly needs urgent care? On top of that, they're now refusing to properly bill my visit as an auto accident claim, insisting they "can't" bill auto insurance and that it must go through my health insurance first -- which simply isn't true. They're either unwilling to do the work or don't understand basic billing protocol. If you need actual urgent care -- or expect even the bare minimum level of competence -- go literally anywhere else. Patient First has proven they're neither organized nor trustworthy when it comes to patient care or billing.
