I arrived to this Express Care for a rapid COVID-19 TEST due to being exposed to someone who tested positive. I did not have an appointment so I was very happy I could be seen especially since the center was closing in approx. 1hr. The center was very clean and it was quiet. The front desk ladies were friendly and professional. The individual (Brittany) who took me to the back for questioning and testing was unfriendly, irritated, impatient, and unmotivated to be there. I was made extremely uncomfortable and nervous that Brittany was the one who was going to stick the swab up my nose. The doctor Mitchell who provided me my results was very nice and professional. When I let the front desk ladies know what happened with Brittany, they said "oh no, not again." This lets me know that this has happened on more than one occasion. I will never return to this center

The people are kind and wonderful, but the reservation system is flawed to have as many "reservations " per hour and walkins. Call them reservations or appointments; they are the same thing. There has been a change in how they handle their reservation system. They used to be my go to urgent care, but not after today. No improvement for longggg waits. Look at your reviews from 4+ years ago and then look at current reviews. Something needs to change.

So they actually stop taking patients BEFORE 845. To me when you say you stop taking patients at 845, it means dont show up at 846 expecting to be seen. I guess she was missing her cheeseburger meal. I've been here twice now for separate issues: knee injury and strep like symptoms. First and…read moreforemost, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the system for paperwork is slow as molasses. I've never had a bad encounter with the staff and they've always been super sweet and accommodating. The PAs I've seen have been friendly and nice. I've felt listened to and cared for both times I've been. I like that you can ask staff to be masked. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen after checking in. I enjoy having the tablet to check in so that I'm not handling a clipboard. The best part is they take walk-ins and appointments but I've only ever walked in because I didn't expect things to happen. They double check on where to send any meds for me and if I need a referral, they put it in for me. I've been to a lot of urgent cares and left miserable and upset, this has not been one of those places for me.

When we were finally called back, the cna had a nasty disposition too and immediately started questioning us about the injury as if it was too much of a problem. We were basically turned away for service based on the nasty cna's decision. She claims she spoke to a doctor and told us we could wait but it would be pointless. I will never visit this location ever again. I will also advise my family and friends to go somewhere else for urgent care needs.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Not only were the wait times ridiculous -- we sat for hours in…read morea room -- but they also completely forgot my sister in the back room while she was actively wheezing and in need of a breathing treatment. They left her alone struggling to breathe for nearly two hours until we finally had someone come in and tell us "we should have reminded them she needed the treatment, they could've gotten it started earlier". How does a medical facility forget a patient who clearly needs urgent care? On top of that, they're now refusing to properly bill my visit as an auto accident claim, insisting they "can't" bill auto insurance and that it must go through my health insurance first -- which simply isn't true. They're either unwilling to do the work or don't understand basic billing protocol. If you need actual urgent care -- or expect even the bare minimum level of competence -- go literally anywhere else. Patient First has proven they're neither organized nor trustworthy when it comes to patient care or billing.

They are located on the lower level as soon as you walk in. It's clean and has lots of seating. No appointment is necessary although you can make an appointment if that's more convenient. They not only treat injuries, but also have physical therapy by appointment. The hours are beyond convenient (open M-F until 7:30pm and even Saturday hours). Every staff member was very helpful and they take care of your needs. Everyone is friendly. Their level of care is terrific and they are efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. This is a one stop shop! They have X-rays available right there in the office which makes treatment so much easier. They also have many contraptions that one may need for orthopedic care without having to go some other place. The most incredible thing is that you can just walk-in without an apt! There's a kiosk at the front of the waiting area where you register and scan your license and insurance information. They then call you to the desk to complete the process and where you pay your copay. Within minutes - depending upon the amount of people in the waiting room - you are called back. This is like a walk-in clinic but without all the sickness/germs and waiting! I am sure it would be more of a wait if there were more people there with me. However, all components of the process run smoothly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this place enough! I am going to share with as many people as I can. Their prices are even better than those quick care places. It's wonderful having a place that is walk-in for those who unfortunately get injured outside of the normal time window of care at a doctor's office.
