Every part of our yard has its own function and it looks great and feels great. We hang out, bbq, host in our backyard as much as we can. They fully gutted our backyard, leveled out, installed an extensive retaining wall, reinstalled the fence, installed new patio areas and stepping stones, and installed new sod. Diego and his crew worked SO HARD. Our project was done in July 2025 and it was so hot out, but Diego and his guys wanted to finish our project for us before the summer ended. Diego was always communicative, kind, professional, knowledgable, and such a pleasure to work with. He worked with us on our budget, gave us multiple options, and made the best recommendations. After…read moreyears of landscaping/pool companies trying to fix a water drainage problem in our back yard that never seemed to work. DELL pools made it happen!!! We had previously spent a ton of money on drainage that was installed but never actually worked or cleared any water from the yard. Anthony assured me that he could do it! And he did!!!! We now have a dry yard with water draining from the drainage pipes constantly!! The Team at DELL came in full force. Found the problem and actually fixed it! Eric C was amazing at working the machinery to do exactly what need to be done, from removing large rocks to digging precise holes in the ground for the pool and building a beautiful natural rock retaining wall. The whole process was so easy DELL did it all. Drainage, pool, rock work, patio, electric, and beautiful landscaping put together by Derek. I have to say the project was fun. It literally took 7 weeks from the day we started until my kids were swimming. Dell worked with me to see my vision and made it happen. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done!

More than pleased with the services provided, I continued to utilize their snow plowing services this winter, and once again was not disappointed. During the worst snow storm that we had this past season, they plowed the driveway, cleared the walkway, and made sure that our vehicles could make it out of the driveway, before they left, assuring me that they would be back again to ensure that we would be able to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, they kept their promise. To this day, Adam, Dennis and their crew continue to provide a level of commitment and satisfaction that I have not encountered in some time. Prior to the spring season, I once again met with Adam who presented me with a detailed Maintenance Agreement which began in March and end in December with Fall Cleanup. The Agreement is a detailed "Menu" of services which not only identifies each specific service, but the months during which the service(s) would be performed and the pricing for each service. The services offered were: Spring cleanup/power dethatching/weed control/shrub fertilization/monthly ground maintenance/pruning/lawn aeration, over seeding/fall service cleanup (leaves & removal). The nice thing is that you do not need to contract for all services, but can pick and choose from the wide range of services they offer. This is great, as you can then budget for the services that you need and can afford. In addition, they can provide a myriad of other services; all you have to do is ask. And that's another great thing about Adam and Dennis, you can ask questions; and they will answer you, and if they do not have the answer right away, they will get back to you. Also, I had concerns as the property has septic cleanouts, which can and had been damaged in the past, by our previous yard service (though they did fix them right away). Adam assured me that they would make note of these and so far so good. Adam and Dennis continue to be two of the most professional, respectful, honest, industrious, reliable, hardworking individuals that I have met, and now have the pleasure to get to know. I look forward to working with them for some time to come.
