(the type of fine print you don't specially read. then, the following year, you are getting charged. A proactive email asking to renew would be much more professional. Given that the quality doesn't match the premium price. It is incredibly frustrating to feel like a company is relying on "gotcha" tactics rather than the actual quality of their service to keep customers. I'd suggest staying away.

Spoke to Josh about my account and told him I didn't agree to services for this year. He told me that it rolls over automatically for the next year and we are to be charged for it. Fair we didn't know we had to cancel once our pre paid year is over. He said he can freeze our account until we change our minds and sent me two quotes. I told him we will call back if we change our minds and want to continue with those quotes. Yesterday I see I get serviced and was confused because I thought we were on a freeze and would not be charged. I reach out to Josh and he said that a freeze is only for 30days. I'm like how was I supposed to know it was for 30days if you didn't tell me. He was the one who offer the freeze I told him I didnt want services from lawn doctor. He then went on to LIE to me and say I requested the freeze. When I told him I didn't want services with lawn doctor what makes you think I want to be serviced next month? He told me freezes are holds and it's only for 30days and he can't place me on hold for forever. But he forgot to mention that when I called saying I didn't want services. He then went in saying that he was very busy and didn't want to go back and forth with me and HUNG UP.

They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

My grass is thin and now diseased with brown spots eveverywhere that wont come back!! They send their supervisor out to let you hear what you want to hear. But they do NOTHING!! BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!! Even their supervisor remembered when my yard was the best on the block and can't even explain what happened!!!!!! I have pictures showing them spraying my green yard. within an hour, my yard was dead! then it was my responsibility to get it back Green and healthy. Which is almost impossible after their chemicals destroyed my yard!
