    Complimentary salsa and chips

In town on vacation and decided to have dinner here. We got there valet the car and went to get seated. We didn't make reservations but you can if you want to have preference on where you sit. Since we didn't have reservations we sat outside not realizing that smokers were allowed to smoke in that area. Nothing we can say about it we were hungry and ready to eat. From the hostess, to the manger and then to our waiter Pablo they were amazing and took very good care of us. They had buy one drink and get the second free so I tried the espresso martini, which was good I was advised from my friend to try it with tequila next time. Also had guacamole with cheese and chips as an appetizer m. My entree was 2 Birra tacos. Everything was amazing. They had music playing on the big screen. Very nice restaurant and the ambience was nice. Good spot for date night or girls night out.

We are so glad we stumbled upon this restaurant in town town Cancun. We were randomly staying at a hotel nearby to head to Holbox the next day and decided to go here. So glad we did! The service is honestly some of the best we have ever had, which we not at all expecting. Our waitress name was Flor and she did an amazing job with her crew behind her. They were just on it for everything, down to pushing your seat in, folding your napkins when you go the bathroom, being super polite about asking you if you need anything else and not interrupting, it was crazy. We had quite a few margaritas and they all were made beautifully. They start you off with probably the best salsa and tostada chips we have ever had for a free appetizer. So good! For food, we had beef quesadilla, cheese and Chile empanadas, and chicken enchiladas. All of them were very good and we devoured them all. The enchiladas were a little creamy and probably a little too much but honestly loved it! There was also live music that night and they absolutely killed it. They sounded awesome and made our experience that much better. We went on a Wednesday night. If you happen to be around this place and are going to dinner, I would recommend it for sure!

My 2nd visit here in 2 days. Service is mediocre, but the ambiance is inviting with plenty of outdoor seating. The first night I had the shrimp skewers with corn while my daughter ate a ribeye with mashed potatoes. Both entrees were perfectly grilled, seasoned and flavorful. Mini hamburguesas and papas fritas could've been hotter, but still delicious. No "iced-down" and very tasteful drinks. Everything we tried was desirable and we highly recommend.

Omgosh! Fresh off the plane, we stopped here even though someone recommended the place next door, and let me tell you!!! We were so pleased I mean everything was wonderful! Other than the wings and empanadas we blinded chose our food as we do not speak/read Spanish that well..lol the service was great, atmosphere was 10/10! This will make out YouTube channel for sure!

The vibe is upbeat and the servers are friendly. The tacos were amazing! The chef was very accommodating as he went out of his way and gave us a complimentary appetizer for us. Not only that, it was nice that they made our appetizers and salad on the spot in front of you. Also, their oysters were good too! I thoroughly enjoyed my evening.

Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!

We came to Harry's a couple years back when we visited Cancun and I am celiac and I had a lovely dinner with my partner. On this visit, we were seated at a beautiful table and we ordered drinks. Our waiter, a bald headed young man 30s, refused to check with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate me. I am celiac not vegan. I was told there was nothing I could eat except steak and he proceeded to show us the entire steak selection. Truthfully I was feeling slightly unwell from not eating the entire day. I felt like fish, he said I can give you dry fish no sauce on top. He suggested maybe we just do appetizers. We had a 8 pm dinner reservation, what the hell would I want to order appetizers and call it day? This waiter was chit chatting with his maitre'd and other wait staff and I felt terribly uncomfortable that i was told I couldn't eat anything from the men, we we all know was ridiculous and not true. We finished our drinks and asked for the check. I made a reservation for Porfirios next door bc I could see they had some gluten free options. Harry's used to be accommodating but no longer. We will not come to Harry's again for food. Not only this, the waiter was trying to once again embarrass us by advising us that we could walk to Porfirios, next door to the restaurant from the back patio. We got up and began walking towards the patio and suddenly I realized he was totally making a fool of us, why would we go from the back if we have to check in with the hostess stand in the front of the restaurant? We walked straight out of Harry's from front door. Never again. So disrespectful and such a rude experience. Not only this, Harry's canceled/ removed our open table reservation (even though we fulfilled it and paid for our drinks and still tipped generously), so I cannot even leave a review and send a private message to the restaurant. Pathetic customer service.

All-in-all it was worth the inconvenience. Very eclectic menu, warm atmosphere and outstanding service. I started withe the Mango-Tamarind: Lettuce, Indian walnut, mango, blueberries, Cotija cheese, mango-habanero dressing and tamarind billet. Unique and tasty. "Swiss Chicken Enchiladas" for the main course was not what you get at a local Mexican joint -- Four tortillas stuffed with chicken, bathed in a creamy tomatillo sauce with melted cheese and a base of refried black beans. This was a 5-star dish! I couldn't resist ordering a side dish though I didn't need to because the enchiladas were really enough, so I indulged myself with fries: these were not your run of the mill French fries. Porfirio's Potatoes -- French fries with chipotle pepper aioli, parmesan cheese and parsley. Finally, if you like ice cream I highly recommend that you order BOTH offerings: 1) "ICE CREAM TASTING" - Strawberry ice cream, chocolate ice cream from Metate, marzipan ice cream and vanilla from Papantla. Served with grated coconut, chocolate grain, M&M's, Oreo cookies and ice cream cones; and, 2) "PORFIRIO'S MOLECULAR ICE CREAM" - served with cajeta Worcestershire sauce in an ice cream cone. I dream of Marrow everyday. This is a 10/10 Yellow fin Tosatadas - Superb!!! One of the best tostadas I have ever had. The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. This dish is heaven sent with a 9.8/10 Grilled Octopus - Grilled perfectly, I can tell by the texture. The mash is superb, they used margarine instead of butter and I absolutely love the contrast from the traditional mash. 9.8/10 Mexican Rice - Its pretty good. It does have a nice seafoodish finish. The pepper was actually spicy. Nice and pleasant rice dish. 8/10 Charred Avocado Salad - Grilled avocado is a bit of a wash. It did make it look good on the plate. The dressing is a little weak. Needs a little more zip, some citrus or vinegar would give this salad some justice. Its a little uninspired 7/10 Service is impeccable and attentive and the atmosphere is lovely.

We loved it so much, we ended up here twice in the same week. The service is outstanding here and you can tell they pride themselves on customer service. They are big enough for split for 2 and I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options. Personally, the cesar salad is my favorite. What I love about this salad, is they make the dressing right in front of you. Definitely a cool and unique experience. The first time, I ordered the tuna steak. It comes with a soy sauce and a garlic butter. These two sauces on the tuna makes for an incredible meal. I cannot say enough good things about this entree! Stumbled on this Gem!…read more I was looking for Walmart, because I needed to get some supplies for our Cancun trip. Since my toddler missed lunch, we decided to check this place out and grab something for him to eat. Loved this place! Recap: 1. Parking - Private parking, which will cost you about 15 pesos for the first 3 hours. Not too bad. 2. Décor/Atmosphere - Clean, simple, and casual. 3. Food - Great! Very simple menu, but you can definitely taste the freshness of the ingredients used. We ordered a Soup de Tortilla for my son and a crepe for my wife. The soup had a lot of flavor and they gave us a very generous bowl. Well presented and came with extra toppings like chile peppers, pork rinds, sour cream, fresh avocados, and cheese. The Crepe was made fresh to order and stuffed with fresh berries and whipped cream. My wife inhaled it before I could take a bite. We also had two sangria that were also very refreshing. 4. Service - This is where this place exceeded my expectations. This restaurant is located in a strip mall and away from the tourist areas. Instead of trying to throw us out and put up a wall (like what stupid Americans would do), they were very, very welcoming. We were served by two people. One waiter was designated to us, but another server helped out because he spoke fluent English. They really went above and beyond; explaining what each food is, provided recommendations, etc. Although our first server's English was limited, I could tell that he wanted to provide the best service he possibly can. (ie, trying to explain to us that there's a daycare on site, digging up crayons to keep my toddler entertained, and even tracking down my wife and son to let them know that lunch is ready). 5. Bathroom - Not sure, didn't have to use it. But they did have a communal faucet between the men's and women's restroom that was very clean. I would image the restrooms to be the same. 6. Price - Very, very reasonable! I think we spent a total of 400 pesos (about 23 USD), which included tax + 20% tip. 7. Baby Friendly - YES! They have a daycare/nanny on site that will help you watch your kid while you enjoy your meal. The room is padded and has a lot of toys and activities to keep your child busy. My 2-yr-old toddler loved it there! Very clean too. Overall, we loved it here. I couldn't believe how great the service was and loved how the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was fantastic, but unfortunately we were just here for a dessert and soup. We'll have to come back again!
