The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. They are served in a big basket that is full unlike most places that serve you 8 or 9 fries on a plate and they taste great! You gotta eat here!
