Food the chicken tenders looked like fish filet, the coating not sure but it was chicken, it kinda tasted like old grease . The mac and cheese needs to be revamped it was chessy with those old times noodles . The burger was tasty with lettuce no tomatoes, and the fries were hot . Its the airport don't expect to much and prices were about $16 and up an combo .
Split aN appetizer and a side of fries, a sprite, and a beer- in addition to almost missing our flight this costed over $100 for the privilege . DO NOT MAKE THIS SAME MISTAKE SAVE YOUR $$$$$
The burger & chicken sandwich were delicious & HUGE! We thoroughly enjoyed these before flying back home at the end of our vacation. There was a long line but the wait wasn't too bad & the self seating at the time was manageable especially for the airport.
Edwardo is a great server and helper. Good food and awesome service!! Will definitely return when in Mexico!
Flavortown got the Terminal Food court on lock!!! They have multiple food places in the food court and do both table service or counter ordering. Guy's Flavortown range from a Kitchen & Bar restaurant, a Pizza spot, a Burger joint, a Sandwich shop. Whatever your craving, he's got it covered when you're in the Airport. We did the Burger joint as I wasn't sure if we'd hit a delay coming home. We went with the Double and Single Cheeseburgers. It's all Al la carte so I added 2 fries and Beers to keep us full... We had leftover fries. They were good, but I ordered too much food for us. The burgers were great... the price point for it, not so great!!! It is the airport so you have to expect that when traveling. No complaints as we found a table with ease (got lucky) and I just went to order directly at the counter due to time constraints.
We were waiting on a flight, and wanted pizza. I saw how thin crust the pizza was and thought - this is going to be bland crappy airport pizza. I was SO WRONG!!! We got "The Guy" pizza with extra cheese and a side order of fries with barbecue sauce. I will start with beverages, they had canned Dr Pepper and Canada Dry. We are both drinks snobs and didn't want fountain, so this started us off right. Thank god was we split the pizza, it was huge. This is the best pizza I have had in a long time. Filled with toppings, lots of meat and veggies. I opened my barbecue sauce, it looked like some orange marmalade. I was skeptical. Dipped the pizza crust and fries in it, the sauce was so great. Sweet and tangy barbecue with a good thick base. We had two people stop and ask where we got the pizza and what kind was it. Finished off vacation with a bang, good value for splittable portion!!
What a happy surprise to stumble into Flavortown in the middle of Cancun! While waiting for our flight, our group of four ordered two cheesesteaks, chicken tenders, a breakfast sandwich, pizza, and two fries (loaded and unloaded). It was quite the spread! The highlight here was the chicken tenders- perfectly crisp and the buffalo sauce was a favorite of my girlfriend who KNOWS her buffalo sauce! The cheesesteaks fell a bit flat for me. I expected they would come with toppings, but mine came plain jane while the other one ordered came with lettuce and tomato. I expect that would have made all the difference, as mine had a slightly off flavor. Not sure if it was the cheese, and the meat texture/cut was not typical of a cheesesteak. It was more of a brisket sandwich. The pizza, fries, and breakfast sandwich were all a hit! All perfectly cooked, and an aggressively American flavor punch you'd expect from this type of joint. Which is just what we were looking for to tide us over for our long flights ahead. Overall, I am glad we got the experience and would likely try it again if the opportunity arose, but it's not something I would break my back over trying to get to again.

I just wanted a plain cheeseburger and fries-- the employee directed me to the board, which was a #4. It was a little on the expensive side, but all airport food is, no matter the location. Two cheeseburgers, a soda and fries was about $40. I was so pleased with the burger that I returned an hour later and got myself a second one. After you place your order, you're provided a little buzzer and you'll know that your meal is ready. They initially told me it would be 12 minutes, but it was less than 10 minutes. I would recommend.
I got super excited when I saw this as an option in the Cancun Airport. Finally something other than your traditional fast food options when flying. Overall the food was really just average. Nothing special about it, nothing to complain about either but overall a forgettable experience. Maybe I was setting my expectations a bit higher when I saw Guy Fieri's name on it but its basically overprice, average tasting airport food. (But they do have some cool food options)
The bacon Mac and cheese burger was decadent. One of the better burgers that I've had. And this was at the airport location in Mexico. The bacon was thick and flavorful and the toppings were plentiful and in abundance!!!! The fries hit the spot and had a light dash of seasoning that paired extremely well with the burger. All I needed was a beer, but I decided to go with an Evian water instead since I've been drinking all week on vacation. I can see why this burger won the best burger in Vegas in 2022. 5

Se compone de 3 restaurantes en miniatura de diferentes marcas que sirven los 3 tipos de comida rápida (comida americana): hamburguesas, sándwiches y pizzas. Comí el CLUB SANDWICH con queso suizo extra y el DOUBLE-DOWN BLT con queso suizo extra. El costo aproximado de dos sándwiches estilo americano (de tamaño muy grande, porciones enormes) es de unos $40 dólares americanos. ¡No olvides agradecer y darle propina a tu servidor! read more

For CUN airport, this is absolutely the spot! We arrived early around 10am for breakfast before our flight back to NJ. The service was excellent and the food was SO good. We shared breakfast burrito and the breakfast sandwich. The sandwich came with tater tots- yum! A lot of folks around us ordered sandwiches, pizza and the burger which all looked so good! Little pricey but worth it!! Would absolutely recommend!!! read more

I was so excited when I saw this. I was extra hungry too. I skipped all the other places in the airport simple because of Guy. We order cheeseburgers. It did not disappoint! I didn't snap a pic because my belly ate before the camera this time but I promise you it's huge and delicious! The onion rings are not like others. Definitely worth a stop read more

Skimpy sandwich. The first bite was the best and then it went down hill after. This is second experience I've had a bad experience with a Guy F. Location where the food lacked. I had the buffalo blue sandwich as I waited on my flight to JFK from Mexico. Again the 1st bite was everything then I noticed there was very little chicken and the bread was over toasted with very little blue cheese sauce. This is not what I expected. Airport food. Need I say more? I did expect with Guy's name on the sign a better experience. Service was OK, our server was prompt and delivered beverages and food in a friendly timely manner. I ordered a chef salad, my husband ordered. Cheesy Cheese Burger. My salad was ok, the blue cheese was more of a blue cheese dust the pieces were so small. The burger was not what we ordered; there was not cheese on it. The flavor was bland, and Guy enjoys a good burger, he would have been disappointed. With the many places to choose from at the revitalized Cancun Airport, perhaps we will try somewhere else next time. read more

Considering this is just a fast food restaurant at an airport I thought I had a pretty decent experience. I got the mac & cheese burger (because I figured I might as well go big while I'm going home) as well as the loaded fries. The burger was great--sort of a smash burger consistency with lots of cheese and toppings--and was just what I needed to soak up all of the alcohol in my stomach from the weekend of partying. The fries however were very disappointing. They clearly had been fried and refried multiple times as they were hard and almost burnt tasting. I think if we had gotten these fresh I would've been a lot more impressed as the toppings were pretty tasty but it was the fries themselves that were not good. I ate 3 of them and threw the whole thing away so it was definitely a waste of money. All in all I'd give it 2.5 star experience. Go for the burger and skip the fries. read more
Terminal 4 of the Cancun Airport. All prices in pesos. Food was good!!! I had the "Regular" cheeseburger, it was really well. It might be medium done. Side of Fries were good. Everything was a la carte. Plenty of seating. You can also order various types of beer here. I recommend! read more

We needed to catch a quick bite..... do we were seated quickly. We ordered a burger, which we didn't get a choice for Medium, just WELL DONE. I thought it was going to be like a piece of shoe leather. NOT! It was actually very juicy. We also ordered the wings. Our server was pleasant, and tried to get us our food as quick as possible. And price wise? Very reasonable for "airport" prices. It was 590.00 in pesos =$31.05 USA $$. And that was with a nice size bottle of Evian!!!! read more
Went to this place in the Cancun International Airport location. Service was really fast which is always a plus. I had the Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger which was loaded with flavor. There was. One layer of Mac and cheese on the burger which was just enough where it wasn't overwhelming nor sloppy of a burger. I didn't taste much of the donkey sauce they used on it or it was really faint. The fries were "ok." I would definitely give it a second shot and try another one of their burgers or sandwiches if I come across this restaurant again. read more
Best BBQ Pizza I think I've ever had! Plus it was in Cancun airport, but in a very nice food court setting... It was fantastic. I'm not sure I've ever eaten at one of Guy's restaurants but now that I have I will definitely look for them again. My wife loved her sandwich too. Not sure why there are low reviews, I'll look at them but didn't want them to persuade mine. It is a little bit slow, but good food takes an extra few minutes and you could tell they put some heart into it. They also make sure you have what you need when you pick up, asking about condiments, napkins, pepper flakes, Parmesan, etc. Great job! read more
I mean let's be real we went because It's a Guy Fieri place and who doesn't love Guy! For a sit down restaurant at an airport it does the job. I just had a salad and it was good. My sister had chicken fingers and she loved them. read more

At the airport in Cancun waiting for our flight decides to get a quick bite because I knew it would be late when we got home. Everything looked good on the menu had a hard time deciding. I decided to go with the buffalo fries and some wings. Both were really good but really too much food for me to eat. Really liked the taste of the wings. I ordered at the counter but while waiting for my turn a guy with a tablet asked if he could place it for me. He took my payment then asked where I was sitting and he'd bring it out to me. That area was pretty packed as it's kinda like a food court. In order to get a seat we had to stand and watch for someone to get up. I pointed for the guy and said we're sitting on the other side if that wall even though I couldn't even see our seat from there. I was so worried he wouldn't be able to find me when it was ready but he did. I sure hope they have one of these in the states because I'd sure like to have it again. read more
Was very excited to see Guy's restaurant at the Cancun airport. It wasn't as good as I would have expected a Food Networks star restaurant to be. I tried the grilled cheese with macaroni and cheese in it. It was oddly very dry and lacked much flavor. The French fries were pretty good but overall it was just an okay meal. It was pretty pricey too but I guess that goes with the territory of dining at an airport. read more
