Wow, this restaurant is amazing. If in CDMX you have to go and try the menu! So many vegetarian options that are so very satisfying. Cocktails were made perfectly and the food was amazing.
Start with La Paloma a salty citrus cocktail. Next order the tamal de esquites, it was like having buttered corn on the cob, then add tetela with beans and quesilla- it will melt in your mouth, add green mole and mushrooms and potatoes, served with blue tortillas and finish with Tlayuda with black beans, quesilla, avocado and salad- it is served on a crisp tortilla like a pizza and so very good. Be sure to go inside and see the exceptionally welcoming and cool bar. Be sure to visit the bathroom and see if you can find the handle:)
Kudos to staff and chefs for a wonderful experience in Palanca. read more
