The cheese room was absolutely stunning, and they have an incredible variety of cheeses with jams and other accompaniments for each one. I wanted to stay there forever! Next on my list of favorites was the seabass caviar lemon meringue tart. Pure delight. Everything was served beautifully, exactly what you expect from a restaurant of this caliber, though the reflections from the lighting mean my photos barely do it justice.
