First off, the service has been exceptional. Francois, the Maitre d was the best. We enjoyed their food two days in a row.
We ordered the Lobster tasting menu and each dish kept getting better and better. The lobster tail at the end was delicious. Highly recommend.
The selection of cheese was overwhelming but the server was so helpful. My favorite cheese was L'Etivaz but the Brie was good as well.
The desserts were all delicious as well.
The next day we ordered the fish (served for two people) - this dish is usually served at the table and the server will debone the fish in front of you. We want to thank the Maitre d, Francois for letting us enjoy this dish in our room due to work calls in the evening. The fish was amazing and I completely forgot to put the olive sauce over the fish but it was so good even without the sauce :) The vegetables were cooked perfectly and paired so nicely with the fish.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We highly recommend this restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended.
