Don't sleep on it. The food here is killer, service is good. New favorite lunch spot in the area.

This is a low frill place. The service team was nice, but slow. It took a long time to get chips and salsa and longer to get drinks. The food was good. The salsa had nice flavors and had a little kick. The chips seemed on the stale side. I had an enchiladas verde a la creama for my meal. The chicken was dry. The sauce was tasty. The rice and beans tasted good. read more

Don't just Don't, Dining is this place is a No more next time its feels like your in a old Skippers sitting next to bars on the windows oh thats right it was, and the atmosphere is like a run down dennys from 1950. Food taste not terrible but the atmosphere ruins it. read more

Ok people I went back with my son for another taco Tuesday and this time the chips and fresh salsa went just as fast. Last time I had carnitas and this time I went with the carne asada (steak)street tacos. Same as last time the service was great and surrounding were just what you would expect from a Mexican cantina style eatery. They had sports on the TV music playing and not to loud so we could enjoy our meal and conversation. The steak tacos came with lime wedges, radishes and sauce on the side. Sorry folks my appetite got the best of me but my intention was to take a pic. I promise next week when I go for the chicken tacos I will take one. That being said I highly recommend this hidden gem my son and I have discovered for a great meal in our hometown of everett. read more

We tried this place last week. The food was very fresh and good. You actually get soup or salad plus chips at this place. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I have a few mixed feelings about this place. On one hand the food was AMAZING! Everything we ordered was delicious other than the chicken nuggets for my children. They were gross. I assume they were frozen which makes since it's a kids meal but it was not good. Not a big deal, overall the food was great. My only hesitation with going back was the art in the wall. Overall great and beautiful but there was one piece with a woman's breast hanging out. I get it's art but not very family friendly, especially with little children. The service and food was awesome but sadly not a place I'd go again with my children. read more

The star of our dining experience was the chicken soup. very flavorful and filling. so filling we had to take most of our food to go. the pollo a la crema was different, in a good way. instead of cubed chicken there was a whole breast smothered in veggies and cream. nicely seasoned, moist and perfectly broiled. the location isn't the best but makes up for in service and quality. read more

I'm so grateful this place opened! I didn't dine in but the first thing I noticed was how beautiful they made the place. Their tacos had me say "WOW!" when I took my first bite, they definitely made it their own and I love that. The carne asada dish could've used a little more salt but it was still so delicious. Amazing chips and salsa. Will definitely be coming back whenever I crave Mexican food. Good job! read more

Our new go-to spot for Mexican. Chicken fajitas...Natural flavors, not fake / processed / over done. Wife and I shared it and had plenty for each of us. Premium Margarita with Don Julio - well balanced and delicious! read more

Great service, new business. Awesome breakfast menu. Huevos rancheros was very good. We will be back

The food is amazing! A friendly atmosphere that is not too pricey. I'm coming back for margaritas!

This place takes the Americanized Mexican dish and returns it to its authenticity by using quality food products and cooking everything fresh. I highly doubt there is a food warmer in this place. They keep me coming back twice a week because their salsa is perfect and their food shows the effort that went into it. read more

I stopped by early afternoon on a Wednesday, inside is so bright and clean, not at all outdated or how another review described it. The service is welcoming and very friendly. I'm not sure if another reviewer was in a different time of day, but they most definitely have a couple of menus separate from dinner. An over abundance of breakfast choices and American sandwiches on this takeout copy, but I was given a laminated lunch menu on my visit. I don't care for refried beans drowning in shredded cheese so I typically order whole beans on my first visit, but now I know I'll be ordering their house made refried beans every single time I go. I see conflicting information regarding their hours, you might call to confirm (Yelp hours vs their website hours vs hours printed on their menu). read more

We went in on a Friday in the early evening. There were maybe 2-3 tables with folks eating and finishing meals, so we figured service should be pretty good with two servers and a nearly empty restaurant. We were seated and ordered drinks and food soon after sitting. I did ask a few questions about some menu items some we'd never been there before, and the server either didn't really know how to answer or was annoyed I asked, so the answer to a couple of things was "I don't know." The salsa served with the chips was very bland and heavy on tomato and heat and no other flavor. We got our food after a longer than expected wait, but it was good. We had asked if the green sauce was spicy at all and the answer was one of the "I don't know" things, and we asked because we fully admit to not being able to enjoy much heat at all in our food, and often green sauce is more mild than red sauces, at least where we normally go. This green sauce had a lot more heat than expected for us, but the red sauce was nice and smoky. The chicken in the tacos, burritos, and enchiladas was great. Very flavorful and juicy and there was a good amount in our entrees. Unfortunately once we were served we were essentially forgotten about. Asked for drink refills multiple times and waited a really long time then husband had to go ask again and the server forgot again. We may try going again at some point but for the high prices and the mediocre service, not sure. $4.50 for iced tea or fountain drinks, and their prices being a little higher across the board than a lot of other Mexican food places around make it less appealing. read more

We haven't had a single item that wasn't absolutely perfect. Their mole is amazing, fresh salsa and tamales are top notch, and the service is friendly and thoughtful. I won't go anywhere else now for Mexican food!!! So glad they're opened read more

We have tried different places around town and this place has been on our top list of favorites! Friendly staff along with delicious chips and salsa. Our food tasted so good and fresh! We ate here for the 1st time tonight. They did a lot of work on the building and it looks great. I had the house margarita on the rocks. If you like tart drinks like I do, this is perfect. No sweet & sour mix here - real lime juice only. Fantastic. I ordered the Pollo al la creama. Not your traditional creama but more of a creamy'ish tomato sauce with a slight spice. My S/O got the Pollo San Jose & that was extremely flavorful. Sorry, forgot to take pics before we dug in. I highly recommend! read more

The service was great! But the hours for saturday was opening at 8:00 but we came at 9:00, and at 9:30 they told us they were just opening the kitchen and it took so long for us to get our food even though we were the only ones in there. The chips and salsa were so flavorful and yummy but the chilaquiles and horchata lacked flavor. read more

Amazing food, supreme service, and excellent food. We went today for brunch and what great food! The menu is huge, with tons of brunch, lunch, and dinner options. This is our second visit here, and we will be back for sure! Don't overlook this as a great breakfast/brunch option! My husband had the Bronco scramble, which was a chicken fried steak, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and toast. He loved it. I had the California breakfast burrito, which was huge and delicious. We bought a pint of their salsa and chips to bring home with our leftovers. read more

Horrible Mexican Food . I am a professional chef and travel around the US tasting food . Taco Bell is better, salsa taste like it came from a jar . And ground beef taste like it was flavored with McCormick seasoning. And plus they screwed up my order . Watery chicken , dry beef , My 5 year old can make better Mexican food. And way overpriced. I don't recommend this place at all. Waste of money . read more

Love the paintings! Chips were hot and fresh. Salsa bright and tasty. Son said quesadilla was best he's ever had. I had pollo crema verde and it was scrumptious. My daughter gave her fajitas top ratings...I tried the beef it was delicious. Husband gave high ratings to burrito as well. Oh and the mango margarita was also wonderful. Then there was a prize wheel to spend and we won churros for dessert!! read more

Really enjoyed our meal here. Had a couple of hours between my sons hockey games at Angel of the Winds. Came here and ALL the food was excellent. And our server was wonderful. I had enchiladas, wife had the Mexican burrito and son had steak fajitas. Also, chicken vegetable soup was fabulous and I don't usually get chicken soup. read more

Very average Mexican fare. Building is run down and not in a great area. Service was good and the inside is clean but old. Food was not impressive nor very tasty. We came with a party of four for lunch. We each had a beer and a lunch special and our bill came to $80 before tax and tip----pricey for what you are getting. There are much better options for Mexican in South Everett on nearly every corner or drive to Marysville and try La Terraza for an amazing lunch. Not sure how long this place will be around. read more

Clean restaurant, great service, delicious food, big servings! Highly recommend-- will definitely be back!

We decided to stop in since our favorite restaurant parking was full. Service was great, it was a little cool inside and noisy (a product of the structure). I guess I like my Mexican food Americanized because I thought the food lacked typical flavorings - the ground beef taco seemed to be just ground beef and onions but no 'taco' seasoning. The fajitas lacked the depth of seasoning I'm used to in fajitas - maybe it was an off night. read more
