Touristy spot with a great view of the Catedral. I was drawn in by the three course 9,90€ meal for dinner. Not expecting much for the price, I had the gazpacho, paella and flan.
Pleasantly surprised by the flavor and freshness of the gazpacho. The paella wasn't bad, but it wasn't much to write home about either. There were little bits of unidentifiable crustaceans and a few prawns.
Service was good and everyone here speaks English. One of the waiters spoke French which helped me since I don't speak Spanish well and It gave me the opportunity to practice my French!
(The World Cup was on and unfortunately England lost to Croatia. Many a sad face was seen about town.)
A glass of house wine will set you back 3€. Bread comes with the meal and there wasn't a charge for a second basket. read more
