A nice friendly Store. They have home made tamales AND flan. Go see them. No more frozen for me!

This is the first Wegman's I've been to... it is a huge grocery store! I was a little overwhelmed…read moreat first because it is so big. I loved my Wegman's Sub: the bread was delicious, the deli meat was good, and the veggies were fresh. Their sushi is decent for grocery store sushi, but I don't think it's worth the price. The Gold Pan meals I tried were tasty but they were pricy. I love their Hi-Pro milk! The store is spacious and I never felt crowded by other shoppers. Overall, I think their groceries are a bit overpriced compared to competitors. Wegman's keeps mailing me 10% coupons, so that helps! Also, shopping the Hot Zones and using their app for coupons can help reduce cost further.

Multiple entrances and I ended up using the one on the side with the cafe and the fresh food. So much grab and go here and they have a really comfy dining room inside. It's awesome. Cheese, deli, sushi, sandwiches, pizza, heat-and-eat (and there's a microwave in the cafe), and of course, a massive grocery store with all the usual fishmongers, butcher, dairy, deli, frozen and everything else. Prices were not fabulous but you're paying for an incredible shopping experience. [Review 2429 of 2024 - 3885 in North Carolina - 23442 overall]

From an outsider looking in, I've always had very positive things to say about the stores near me. Until today when I happened to be in the Wake forest area and stopped by the Harris Teeter on Capital Blvd. Hands down, this store changed my opinion about the standard at which other Harris Teeters should be at. In other words, my local branches should be ashamed...the one at my location were dirty! Such as the vegetable shelves and and refrigeration units. The carpets were disgusting and neglected. I understand that staffing is short for everyone but as a manager myself, they can do better. Even the associates at the Capital blvd location were better mannered. You can feel the pride this location has of their store. kudos to the store director for the hard work! I hope your attention to detail and loyalty are noticed. As a loyal customer of Harris Teeter, I wish my locations were managed better!

The girl asked if I was being help and answered, "yes, but this lady next to me needs assistance. The girl literally turned her back and walked away. It was a terrible, awkward experience and I think it should be investigated. This review doesn't even deserve a one star.

So tonight I shopped at both Lidl & Food Lion, and scored big by shopping at Lidl first…read more I love Lidl for many reasons, one like stores their prices are compared too, you don't have to have a quarter for a cart (because who really remembers that every time they go to get a cart), but you do have to pay for bags if you don't bring your own, or just have a bunch of groceries sitting in your car. They have great produce, and you're not always limited to buying a bag full of an item, when you really only need 2. They have more variety and lots of name brands at better prices. I hadn't been in awhile and was shocked to see Land O Lakes cheese, Frito Lay Brand snacks, Coke products to name a few brands. You definitely save money here. Plus they have an app which has all the goodies and coupons. They have all the meat, cheeses, selection of refrigerated pastas (to name a few)that you would think it's a specialty. Oh and in another review I mentioned how mouth watering their bakery is. I'll definitely drive the extra mile to go to Lidl.

I visited a Lidl back when I was on a trip in Germany. It was exciting to see that NC had one. The…read morestore is definitely not what I remembered back in Europe and it had mostly US-made products. We were kind of expecting more of a European grocery store. It turned out to be quite random. You can buy hummus on one side and turn around and buy a trampoline. The prices are decent so there's no issue there. It's just not what I remembered Lidl to be. The flow of the aisles were confusing, too. If I had to describe it, it's like a marketplace version of Costco. I do want to visit again during day hours because their bakery section looked like it would be great. Unfortunately, I visited around 7:30pm and most of the bakery items were gone.
