Supreme pizza.

Best Restaurant I've eaten at in a long while!!! The cocktails, appetizers and pizza was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful service. The service is the best I've had in a long time as well. Highly recommend this Restaurant!!!! Make sure to make a reservation you will not regret it!!!!

Tartufo- truffle paste with oil, mozzarella, candied tomatoes and goat cheese.

Thé food was excellent. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We had an excellent Pinot noir from France that paired perfectly with our salad and pizza. The service was wonderful. The owner and his wife are amazing. The place is very small, but comfortable. It is away from the crowds of old town but still close enough to walk if you are visiting the Old Quebec City.

Pizza w prosciutto, arugula rockets, and artichokes & Margherita pizza

So yummy and pizza came out very quick. I got the lunch special with the soup of the day, pizza prosciutto, and coffee at the end for $20 total. My boyfriend got the margherita pizza and a glass of house wine (chardonnay) for $17 total. Cheesy crust on the outside of the pizza. We tried to go back again because we loved it so much but didn't realize it was closed on Sundays (and Mondays)! Convenient spot close to the train station if you're coming/leaving Quebec.

5 stars!!!! Can't stop thinking about this place. Heavenly pizza. I'm a huge fan of cheese, so when the pizza came out with the cheese overflowing it's crust... I was in cheese heaven. Though we got full from eating a pizza to ourselves, we were tempted to get the creme brûlée. Besssst decision ever. So good!! If I were to go back and visit Quebec City, it would be because of this restaurant!

Appetizer portion of the Caesar salad... A few too many capers for my taste but I loved the copious amount of bacon!

Just by the train station, this little family-run pizza spot is an absolute gem. The food is more than decent; we tried the Caesar salad, two pizzas, and the Mars bar crème brûlée. The appetizer sized salad is copious, with lots of bacon and quite a lot of capers... I'm not a huge fan but my husband was eating them up by the spoonful so it worked out ;) The Di Marco pizza was very well balanced with prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic reduction. We tried an Italian sausage pizza with hot peppers that was pretty good as well. The crust is crazy thin - almost nonexistent, and the cheese runs off the edges to form a baked cheese sort of crust. The crème brûlée really tasted like a Mars bar and had the crunchy crust and creamy texture of the classic dish. But forget all of that, because the service was the absolute warmest we have ever received. Without hovering, our server, the owner, made us feel welcome, asked about our visit, and was simply genuine. Just go!

Great place for pizza. My sister and i visited Quebec and had a wonderful lunch at this place. Pizza was flavorful, thin crust and the service was great as well as the drinks and the view.

A must try for Quebec City! One of the most unique and best tasting pizzas I have experienced.

Bruchetta appetizer. I actually LOVED the balsamic on the salad the best on this dish

Came here for the first dinner in Québec City while my 1 week trip. This place got a lot more reviews on tripadvisor than yelp and it helped a lot in making up my mind :) it is a small place (10tables - total seats 20) family run place. I got lucky and got the last table and didn't have to wait. (I loved it here so much that I came back for lunch on 6th day of my trip) The service can be on the slow side, but not any mean bad! The lady is super sweet and answered all my questions regarding the menu since they were all in French Food is WONDERFUL. There are so many options to the pizza and the pizza is so different! Super thin crust (Like I feel like crust is made of cheese or something lol) size is pretty good for 1 person. They also have couple specials listed on the wall. It is easy to find as it is across the street from the via rail and autobus station in Québec City. They do take reservations so if you can plan ahead, call and make reservations!

We were seated on the patio and our very sweet server was right out to take our drink order. Since we are eating Poutine all over Canada in search of our favorite. We so enjoyed sitting on the patio, it was a beautiful day, we were people watching and enjoying the umbrellas place up the alley. Our poutine was delivered to the table and I can honestly say it was our favorite. The fries were crunch and creamy on the inside. The gravy was rich and had a deep flavor and the cheese curds had lightly melted. Every bite was perfect. The eatery and bar are tucked into a stone house that dates back to 1668, if only the walls could talk. The bar and restaurant feature local Quebec cuisine and is a gem. The service was excellent as was the atmosphere.

We had 9 people and they sat 5 at a table and 4 at the bar and we were completely fine with the arrangement. It is quaint and small and we could see our family and even shared some food since we Were close enough. The cheese fondue is not to be missed . It was absolutely the perfect start to our meal. Then we shared an original poutine and it also was delicious- best I had on our trip thus far! I ordered mussels for my meal and a steaming pot arrived and they were yummy. Ambiance and service were great. They accommodated our awful French attempts. Drinks were large. Honestly, I feel lucky to have dined here. Everything was wonderful!

I wasn't too hungry so I ordered an app for my entree, the bruschetta. It came loaded with seasoned tomato pieces. Hubby ordered the pasta with clams in a spicy sauce. There was a misunderstanding with his meal. When hubby asked questions about the carbonara, our server thought he ordered the carbonara when he actually decided on the pasta with clams. When the wrong meal was brought over, our server escalated to his manager who then offered to exchange his meal. They kept apologizing for the mixup but honestly, they already handled it well by replacing it without issues. The pasta dish was so good! I scooped the extra sauce with my crostini and really enjoyed it. The clams were meaty and fresh too. Daughter ordered the pasta with meat sauce- also very good. It was decent…read more Tonight (Monday) was our first of 5 nights in Quebec City ahead of a cruise to Boston. We decided to try Portofino. We made an online reservation for 7:30 pm. We arrived on time and waited maybe 5 minutes before being seated. All the outdoor tables were full so the two of us sat at a low 4-top inside not far from the kitchen. Water was brought right away. Our server then took our drink, appetizer and entree orders. We each had a pint of Stella beer on draft and we shared an order of their Focaccia bread, served with butter and a dish of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The beer was cold and because it was draft, not from a green bottle, no skunk smell or taste :) The Focaccia bread isn't what we make in the States, but it was find. More of a soft, yet dense bread, topped with herbs. For $3 CAN, it was a deal. Later on, the Casesar salad was brought out. It was a generous portion and was plenty for the two of us to split. The dressing was tasty as was the shaved Parmesan cheese and the house made croutons. Later, our Cannelloni entree came. It was in an oval dish that had been baked. The full order came with 2 Cannellonis. Here again, plenty for two people to share. It was stuffed with a meat and cheese mixture. We were too full to be tempted by their dessert menu. Our friends arrive from the US in a couple of days, so we've made another reservation here at Portofino for the four of us. The only downside to Portofino was that it is popular and busy, so it was a bit loud inside.

So we kept getting bumped by the servers. The waitresses were very nice however they were a little sloppy when pouring water into our classes, there were many times that I had to clean the table with a napkin because water got all over the table, so that was wasted napkins... The food wasn't too bad, I'm not gonna lie. I have to say, I've had a bit better. The desserts were amazing though. The bathrooms weren't as cleanly, I mean, the floors could've used a bit of a cleaning and as a germaphobe, it didn't sit well with me. Overall, would I come here again? I'm not too sure because I live far away lol but it was decent enough.
