I think that needs to be made more clear, also the kiosk doesn't allow any options for substitutions of any of the sides. That is the first issue. Biggest issue. Once I explain the issue at the counter, they advise me that because I odered at the kiosk, they can't process a refund at all. So I am stuck with two orders. It makes no sense that the counter person can't issue a refund. What if the food is bad, or gets returned, etc? No options. Hopefully management can review this and make improvements.
