Be careful of this company their business practice are predatory and rely on people search for a place to live. What the company is doing. Most people if they see an apartment should make it a good practice to call to check if the status of the apartment, if its available or not. I called spoke to their rep and was told the apartment was available and to fill out an application. So of course if filled out the application and it came with a 50.00 fee. I immediately called the rep once I was done and was informed I was on a list and that their were 2 people ahead of me. I got angry the apartments true status is not available. The apartment true status is pending viewing and deposit. I do not even know if there is really an apartment for rent because i never even got a chance to see it. THE ONLY TIME you should be spending actual money is after the pending and viewing not just to be on the list.

On August 1, 2025, we rented a home at 313 Cherry St, Elizabethtown, PA through My Home Property…read moreManagement LLC (referred as MHPM in going forward), and received the keys for move-in. While the initial impression was fine, the following days revealed serious issues that made our experience extremely stressful and disappointing. On August 3, we reported a leaking water heater that was flooding the basement. MHPM responded by sending a subcontractor to replace it, but we were immediately advised not to use the basement bathroom due to an unspecified issue. The next day, raw sewage began backing up into the basement bathroom. MHPM sent out Kline's Septic, but most of the cleanup was done by us, including purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment. The contractor MHPM sent afterward arrived late, stayed briefly, and was ill-equipped to handle the situation, carrying half of a bottle of cleaning solution and a rag. He was there for 15 minutes at most On August 9, using the dishwasher triggered a full-house power outage. We reported this through MHPM's maintenance portal, clearly stating it appeared to be an electrical issue. MHPM sent a dishwasher technician who confirmed it was electrical and said an electrician would be needed. Despite repeated follow-ups, no electrician was sent until August 28. Meanwhile, we endured days of flickering lights and uncertainty about the safety of our electrical system. We also experienced issues with the refrigerator. The freezer door wouldn't stay closed, and MHPM dismissed it as a design flaw or seal issue. We ended up purchasing our own refrigerator for $1,000, which MHPM agreed to store their own refrigerator in the basement. To make matters worse, after paying our October rent by check, we were charged on 10/2/25the amount of $214.50 for the electrician visit, with the claim that our reports were "false." This was despite clear documentation and ongoing communication about the unresolved electrical issues. After meeting with MHPM's owner Meghan Flannery and staff, we were told the charge would not be removed and that our concerns were considered fraudulent. This response was not only unprofessional but deeply upsetting given the circumstances. Our experience with MHPM has been marked by poor communication, delayed responses, and a lack of accountability. They are rude and downright unprofessional. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking a safe and professionally managed rental property.
