They reassured me that I would be fine and I felt confident in their words. However, the very next day, I received a denial. When I asked for an explanation, the person I spoke to was completely unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. Every question I asked was met with a dismissive "no" and they didn't even offer to help me find a co-signer. It was too late and there was nothing I could do. I couldn't believe how rude and ignorant she was, and how she acted towards me. I had never missed a payment in my previous residence of 5 years, but instead of looking at my record, she simply judged me based on my credit score.
