We now have over 20 residential units, about 10 garages and a commercial unit under management with Phil. With property management it all comes down to trust. You need someone who will take care of your investments - after all your properties could have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Phil can be trusted to do all the necessary due diligence to place great tenants, and also to keep up with all required maintenance. He has some connections with some great handymen who do good work but are very reasonably priced. Phil continues to help us get deals as buyers, and has helped us sell properties as well.
