So far the shrimp cocktail is my all time favorite as this is my third time ordering it. I seriously think the flavor is perfection, especially from this region in Mexico, they have nailed it to perfection for sure. I have tasted their pineapple stuffed with seafood concoction and its good of course, but here I am for the third time ordering a shrimp cocktail to go. Can't help it, its flavorful and packed with big shrimp, not those tiny crustaceans that you see in salad either, I'm talking about shrimp as big as your head. But here goes the whomp whoomp whoomp part: I specifically asked for it not to be spicy as my mom is allergic, and what happened? When I got the cocktail home we were so excited to eat. But both of our cocktails had heat and my mom absolutely couldn't eat it. I didn't bother calling them because I was too upset, but ill let the review speak for itself. But I digress! I like also that they have indoor safety dining, and they do take it seriously so that's what I look for in the newest inside dining thanks to Covid-19. Its a must to be safe and although I took it to go, it nice to know that I can actually come here for Indoor dining and not fear for my health. read more

We went on a Sunday at approximately 5pm and it was packed but we got seated within 15 minutes. Server was very attentive despite it being busy. Asked for aguachiles to be a little less spicy but they were still super spicy. Sauce was tasty though! The langostinos were great and more meaty than at other places I've been to. Not worth the price, they bring out a complimentary ceviche appetizer for two that is no bigger than my palm, I have a small hand. The ceviche has no flavor and only enough for one tostada and bone dry. The the red snapper deep fried in garlic was terribly over cooked and the the shrimp wrapped in bacon tasted like mush , this kind of dish is normally my favorite at other restaurants, well not here. I asked the waitress for ranch dressing she said okay yes and never came back. Also the they live karaoke which is nice but the music was so loud and blasting that you could not have a conversation. My coworkers and I are in town for work and traveling all summer we finished at 9, we saw restaurant was still open and had high ratings so I lead them over there since I trust Yelp! The food ordered was the pineapple filled with a cheesy seafood medley and my other coworker ordered the fajitas , they were both extremely happy. I ordered the ceviche mixto it was extremely flavorful and yummy but the biggest disappointment was that it was loaded with imitation crab in the ceviche, it made me wonder if they use this in their other dishes for flavor :(. My issue with imitation crab is the artificial and terrible ingredients. We got in and the waitress was very nice and friendly, there was a friendly man who came by and asked my coworker if he needed tortillas for his fajitas which was very considerate, We were the last people in but everyone waved goodbye at us ! read more

I placed an order through DoorDash for my husband and I to enjoy a lazy Saturday. Ive never ordered Agua Chile's and thought it would be a good idea to give Agua Chile's and La Palma a shot. Needless to say once the order arrives, the shrimp are completely raw and looked disgusting. What kind of restaurant sends out food like the pictures I attatched?? Miss this place so much... awesome flavorful food, great drinks, amazing staff, fun atmosphere, and CLEAN!

Totally loved, it had a mix of Magueyes, Islas Marias and Mi Tierra, With extra, karaoke on fridays with Dj, and Mariachi on Sunday after 2pm per greeter. Nothing at La Palma is really bad, it's just not really amazing either. Maybe I didn't order the right things. The marisco tostada was raw which I didn't expect (it's safe, it's like Mexican sushi) and the pulpo one was ok but light on flavor. The fish are all whole fish which means bones and head are included, i would have liked a fillet or two as an option. I found a place for seafood. I ordered Camarones a La Diabla The shrimp was properly seasoned and the sauce gave it a kick. Warning if you do not like really spicy food I wouldn't recommend this dish. The flavor was delicious a hit of tomato with a spicy tangy flavor and the fries were perfectly cooked. The only reason I gave it 4 stars because the rice was basic not thing to write about a dry. The tacos where delicious with a lot of flavor and the tortillas buttered up with the meat oil . 5 stars for the food but 4 stars for the atmosphere. The portions are huge for a decent price and it's always fresh! I always get the cheesy seafood stuffed pineapple and fried fish with garlic and oil sauce on the side. If you put the garlic and oil sauce on the rice or the garlic bread it is phenomenal! Every order also comes with rice, some vegetables and seasoned fries. The margaritas are huge also and very tasty! The one I ordered had Mexican candy on a straw. The music is very loud and makes it hard to hold any conversation, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5. I like background music but I don't like feeling as though I'm eating in a nightclub. I've had the coctel de camaron, ostiones preparados, and coco relleno here and they are all very large delicious platters that have me taking some home to enjoy later. I especially love that their carne asada is just as good (rare for a seafood spot to have this) and my husband who can't do seafood like I can loves coming here for it. Finally, you can't go wrong pairing your meal with a big boss margarita mangonada. They use real mangos and add an extra shot of tequila for your enjoyment. Came her for the first time today to eat some seafood after church, As me and my family walked in we were greeted by the owner who was very nice,after we got seated we were brought tostadas and chips alomg with ceviche and salsa. the tostadas wemt well with the ceviche but the chips were a bit stale. right after we settled in a waiter came and asked us what we wanted. After he left we set patiently for about 5-10 minutes while waiting for our food.We all sat and listened to the mariachi band play(it was great!) after they finish our food came and everyone was suprised how big the plate was.I ordered just a simple fried fish and it was delicious.Although I didnt finish it, I took it homr in a container amd greeted the owner goodbye as he stood by the exit.
