I made an appointment to get lip blush and eyeliner tattoo. Sunny is amazing! She responds promptly if you have any questions and she has very thorough pre and post procedure instructions. The place was clean and everything was in order. I highly recommend That PMU Place and Sunny. My daughters and my friends saw her work and they can't wait to see the final results after retouch! Exterior = 5/5 Located near the train station, it's on the corner of a street. There is parking (if you are lucky) inside but only a few spots, so most likely go for street parking but wasn't hard to find in front of the location. Interior = 5/5 It was bustling, they have a salon that had customers coming and going. I came specifically for the microblading - so Kelly brought me over to a room on the right that was private which I appreciated since after you close the door, it muffles the sounds of all the activity outside. Service = 5/5 Everyone I encountered were super kind and welcoming. Kelly is blowing up and doing all these cool events with her team with Gold House and still managing weddings all over. Yet, she is still so humble and takes her time to chat and learn more about the customer. I was super nervous to get microblading but she walked me through the process, helped me feel comfortable with the results we were planning, and would check in on me frequently through the whole thing. I felt like I had a say in the process and honestly that a friend was doing my brows - it was casual, relaxed, and chill. Order = 5/5 I got the combo brows which is microblading with powder. I will never not get this. I had patchy brows (over plucking, scarring, yikes) that I was super self conscious of growing up and was having to fill them in. Since getting these done - I barely have had to fill in, maybe a slight touch up if I have an event or need to do some make up. If you like bare faced and natural looks, this was game changing. I'm super not familiar with make up or skilled at it - enough to be dangerous, and this helped me so much. I feel more confident and happier with my brows. Only slight upkeep is needed to trim! I have already gotten my touch up from the initial appointment, and you only need to go maybe every year or so after to touch up. Overall = 5/5 Great investment that I kick myself for not having done sooner. But honestly, glad I waited till I found Kelly. I tried brow lamination, and it wasn't for me. Her microblading skills are top notch and give a very natural look which I wanted. I found my brow girl and never going back. Hint = check her Instagram if you are indecisive, I saw them all and I knew she was the one. My photo is on there too!

She always takes the time to ask what I like, whether I want to change the shape or color, and what I wasn't happy with from the previous time. This visit, she introduced me to a newer technique called nanoblading. She mentioned that many places charge almost double for it, but she didn't charge me extra. The results were amazing and so much more natural! It did take about twice as long, but Soo was incredibly meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was completely happy. She even made additional touch-ups before I left. I really appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to getting it right. Highly recommend Soo if you're looking for beautiful, natural-looking brows!

Granted there were others who offered a lower price, but my friend liked how Soo did my eyebrows years ago. My friend had very lightly colored eyebrows, and she is now very pleased with the final results. Initially, she thought the eyebrows were a bit too thin and not quite long enough. However, she mentioned that she appreciated the gradual change, as this was her first experience with eyebrow microblading. You will certainly see a significant difference between her before and after photographs.

I actually dozed off a few times during my appointment because her touch is so gentle too. I've gotten so many compliments since I've gotten them done and I'm so excited for my touch up later this month!

I originally wanted microblading and thought my skin would take to it but I lean towards oily skin and the results were almost non-existent after healing. I had a moment of worry in which I texted Tram a few times and she was always responsive and patient with me. I really value that quality, when a person can look past another persons stress & just make the situation all better. She assured me that at our follow up/touch up appointment she would instead do powdered brows and that it would "stick" this time around. She was right! She's worth every penny, she is a true artist and I've look extensively for microbladers in my area. I look forward to coming back to my retouch appointment in 1 year and I thank you Tram for your wonderful service.
