I told them that I wanted to get my nails and feet done but I was on a time limit. They were able to accommodate me. I arrived and they took care of my pedicure and gel nails at the same time. They got me in and out in about one hour and ten minutes. Fast yet great service. That pedicure was the best! The second time I returned was to cut my nails down. There is so much going on in the world I'm not sure if I will be able to maintain my nails especially if everything closes. They got me in and out fast. What's worse, is that this is my first gel manicure since the pandemic. There was absolutely no attention paid to my cuticles and I was told that almond shaped nails were extra. The tech sold me on something called top gel and I should have said no. I got my nails done for a destination wedding and I had to file the chips and cracks down all weekend. We were greeted right away by the whole staff and we didn't have to wait, as there weren't too many other patrons around 5:30 on a Saturday. They even offered us a complimentary water or soda. I think this salon is fairly new because I don't remember seeing it before, but we passed by and something told me to stop. My toddler's and my technician was Lisa and she was awesome, it was like meeting a new friend. My feet feel like a million bucks! And the prices weren't even close to such, very reasonable. Lisa was extremely patient with my youngest daughter and was able to paint her dainty fingernails straight from her stroller and even plugged up a small fan to help dry them. It was her first time ever getting her nails painted, she did great and I was pleased. My teenager's technician was Thanh and she was nice as well. She agreed to do a recreation of a design that we found online and we are very happy with the end result. She was also the one who checked us in and explained services and pricing. I admit I don't have a lot of experience with nail salons, as it's not something I want to pay for regularly, but we all very much enjoyed our time here, and are more than satisfied with the quality of customer service and professionalism we received. I waited for about 10mins before I finally left. THEN as I'm TRYING to leave, this woman grabbed my arm trying to force me to stay, telling me someone would come start with me. Tell me why, as she's checking me out, my total is suddenly $50!!!!!! I told her I think she made a mistake and she said no. Do you know these people charged me to take off my nail polish and told me it was because I had gel nail polish when i told them atleast 5 different occasions it was regular polish. The lady who originally started on my toes told her the same thing, it was regular polish YET she still tried to insist I had gel polish. I had to get back to work so I told them I'd pay now and come back later since I work across the street. She did not care at all that I said that bc she started painting my toes. She asked if I wanted a hot towel, I told her no. She said it won't add time bc she will wrap the towel around my legs and do my toes at the same time, I said it's okay but she said it won't affect the time so I gave in and said yes. Do you know they charged me for all those services and not ONCE told me anything would be an additional fee. It took the customers in the nail salon to stand up for me instead of her staff. I told her not once did they say it would cost extra for French tip. Not once did they said it would cost extra to wrap a .3 second warm towel around my leg NOR did I come in with gel polish. She really tried to argue me down and I hate that. I was ready to call the police because excuse me? The only reason I didn't is because a customer said she would pay the difference and even then, the staff started trying to yell at her and tell her she couldn't pay for my nails. Very sweet of the customer but understand that wasn't the issue. They try to get over on people so bad. Why in the world would I need or want all those extra services done in my freaking lunch break. I went in for an acrylic nail fill, gel polish and a basic pedicure. My nails look good and the pedicure was exactly what my boss had said, amazing! My only complaint was the staff talked about their client is their native language way too often. The staff spoke great English to all their clients. I was pleasantly surprised at the counter when I went to pay and it was $10 less than I had figured based on the menu. (The menu was not offered to me until I was getting my second service, my pedicure. I did the manicure first.) Over all the staff was very friendly. The shop was clean and they were very careful about cleaning. My nails look great. I will definitely come back.

The guy doing it was very sweet and thorough. I had an appointment for both SNS and pedicure. No one started on my hands for 40 min. There was one other customer in there with 4 employees just sitting on their phone. One of them only came by to soak my nails after I said something. Left my hands in acetone for over 20 min, soaked them again and then finally who I believe is the new owner, came and started rushing my manicure. Very aggressively might I add. My fingers are bleeding from it and now they burn. My sns is so poorly done l. It looks like they poured cement on my fingernails. I was there for two hours. I also want to mention that I did tell them over the phone that I wanted my hands and feet to be done at the same time. Only thing good about this place is the pedicure guy. They charged extra for things at the end. Typical bad nail salon.
