After having dinner, I was still a bit hungry so I stopped in here to get a fruit snack. I had never been to La Michoacan Premium but knew about it so decided to give it a try tonight. Woman at the counter was nice and helpful. I told her I wanted a fruta loca (literally translates to "crazy fruit") and that I wanted mango and jicama. I also told her I can't eat spicy and spoke a little Spanish to let her know, "poco pica." She then asked if I wanted chamoy, tajin and lemon and I said yes. Just no hot sauce. I got a small size and after about 10 minutes, my order was ready. My fruta loca was delicious and so fresh! Mango and jicama were so yummy! My only gripe was that my order came to $14, which was a little steep and may have been a mistake. Ill be back and next time will try a mangonada or maybe a tostilocos or elote! We had every intention of trying a new gelato place, but apparently they observe "Closed on Sunday" as a personality trait. So we pivoted and ended up here, which turned out to be the best audible we've called in a while. First of all, the flavor selection is enormous. I'm pretty sure I blacked out halfway through reading the case and had to start over. Every time I thought I'd decided, I'd spot another flavor and completely abandon my previous life plan. If indecisiveness burned calories, I would've offset the entire cone. The staff was genuinely friendly and patient while we stood there debating like we were making a major financial decision. And the ice cream? Ridiculously creamy. The kind that makes you slow down and question why you ever waste time on mediocre desserts. All in all, a happy accident. I found the holy Grail of ice cream shops! From the moment you walk in this place is mesmerizing. They have so many flavors of ice cream, different kinds of paletas, ChocoBananas, and Agua Frescas just to name a few things! If you know anything about Mexican Nieverias you know that this is exactly what you would find in Mexico. They offer for all kinds of snacks that are dear to my heart, like nachos, corn in a cup and TostiLocos. Whatever you crave when it comes to Mexican snacks and ice cream you'll find it here. The employees are all super nice and offer samples of ice cream and agua frescas. The inside of the store is very well kept and super clean and organized. The inside is super spacious with seating for people to enjoy their ice cream or snacks. What a great place to get ice cream, agua Fresca, and snacks! Plenty of parking out front. Plenty of indoor seating. The whole place was so clean! The staff were also so friendly! Really lovely people work here! They gave us samples different ice creams. Our favorite was the chocolate banana icecream. They have really nice sorbet here as well. There is really something for everyone! We also tried the elote which was seasoned really well and the corn was cooked perfectly, not soggy at all! The agua fresca was excellent! Their Dubai strawberries are a total rip off. There was barely any chocolate at all. It was a a lot smaller than it should be for $17! I was a fool to assume that they would be the same as the Mesa location which sells dubai chocolafe strawberries for $14 and a much bigger portion and with actual chocolate. So fresh and so clean!! One of the cleanest places I have set foot in, the ladies put new gloves on as soon as we walked up to the counter. My kiddos loved how beautiful and bright it was inside. We were amazed at how great the variety of snacks and drinks there were to choose from, sweet, savory, sweet and savory; They have it all and it was hard to pick just one. Everything looked beautiful, appetizing and fresh, we enjoyed every last bite. Customer service was amazing, we were offered many samples to help us choose our ice cream flavor and they were all delicious. Prices were reasonable especially for what you are getting. Usually come here for a paleta de Nanche, so good or chongos ice cream ( always 10/10) however today my experience was a bit different I decided to try their Diablito and that did not hit. Super sour, and not the sour that mixed well with the sweetness a tamarind flavor. It was just bitter to where it burned to eat ( I did not get Valentina since personally I feel valentina does not add a good flavor to these raspados. I barely ate any, I tried to mix everything to ensure it was not just not mixed good but it didn't work. Honestly just don't recommend. I tried to ask for a refund or at least an exchange for something cheaper but they just turned it down. I was upset but wasn't going to make a scene but it did feel that if I didn't try to lighten up the topic and say it was fine they were about to give attitude. There's a girl who usually works here and she's always really great, she was not here today. The ladies weren't too bad also but just crazy how a costumer can come up and ask for an exchange/refund for something barely touched and be denied. I first went to litchfield location but then saw they had one on Chandler near me. I took my partner because I kept raving about it and he got the fruity pebbles. It tastes more like cake batter but it's still good. I got the corn in the cup expecting it to taste like street corn but it had its own unique taste. It was creamier and pretty good! I had the cotton Candy ice cream in litchfield and it was very creamy and fulfilling. Their horchata was delicious as well. I can't wait to try all their other treats. read more

Whether it's elote, fresh juices, chocolate cover d fruits, smoothies, popsicles, and ice cream. The staff is so kind and happy to answer any questions you might have. This was my first time visiting and I got the elote and agua de pepino. Both were amazing. Such fresh and great quality. As soon as i came in the lady helped the people that came after me, which i can understand was probably a misunderstanding and she got confused on who was there first. Another worker ended up helping me 5 min later. The reason for my rating was because of the cost. On the online menu (which you can scan when you walk in) it said the Fresas Con Crema were cheaper than they actually were. They ended up being $3 extra than it said.
