Food is great. The service is good too most of the time. Today not so much, there were 3 ladies on the clock but only 2 were actually helping the customers. The third lady was busy restocking which I get ice cream runs low, but please do it when its not busy. The 40 min I spent here I did not see her helping her fellow teamates knowing they were busy trying to get through the long line. She kept restocking, I was so upset and I don't even work here. read more

MENU AND FOOD: This spot serves a large variety of Mexican snacks and desserts, such has fruit pops, ice cream and more! SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE: Service was quick and efficient. They have indoor seating. Their indoor decor is appropriate, but a bit dated. PARKING: They have their own lot. IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: We had their kiwi strawberry pop and their chocolate covered banana with peanuts, both were pretty tasty. The popsicle actually had a bit too much kiwi flavor, if that makes sense. But, they have sooo many flavors, so we'll be back to try their other flavors for sure! read more

I got there an hour before closing and the doors were locked! There is a visible sign on the door saying it was open till 10pm. There was no sign stating a reason for being closed and the employee just waved us away. Horrible! read more

If you are into selfie walls, photo ops, and waiting 30 minutes in line, go for it. Granted we visited when they first opened, but with so few folks and army sized staff, I would assume they would know their menu and how to prepare what was on it. It was painful watching the new girls get "trained" by less than kind supervisory staff... no need. It was good once we got our order, but nothing you can't find from BKM or any swap meat spot in the East Side. I appreciate the "cultura" feel, but would prefer to save money and time with the local crew. read more

Stopped by La Michoacana on my most recent visit to the area. Everyone is really nice n helpful. I tried a mangoneada and an horchata on this visit. Love the mangoneada. I ordered a medium with lime ice cream. It was delicious. The horchata on the other hand was a different story and why i only gave them 4 and not 5 stars. It was too thick... like thicc. Didn't taste like much other than lechera. I could drink it. And it was also kinda overpriced $5 for the large. Also an honorable mention for the eskimales. Called establishment and a lady answered in Spanish. I asked questions regarding allergies, she kept responding "no". I got the idea that she didn't understand me, so I asked a clarifying question, and she just hung up on me! If you don't know how to speak English that's fine, but it's not fine answering the questions with no or yes, and not knowing what the hell you're saying. You must have a very low IQ to not understand the difference. If I didn't question the language barrier, the results could've been life-threatening to my family. Extremely disappointing. Also this place needs milk alternatives! Not everyone can drink milk from a cow breast. Either we don't like the blood and pus, or we are allergic, lactose and so forth. read more

Worst costumer service rude little girls working here & they served us trash super bad avocados I paid $30 to get rotten avocados in my churro and not to mention the thick pieces of cabbage that they just threw on. Rotten cheese tasting like in my hot Cheetos, the water was no good either. Tastes like the mangos were no good when they made it. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Recently moved to the area and had been craving a tostiloco. Their Instagram page recently started advertising combo deals. You would figure it is all location and all employees aware of promotions. She claimed she was new with an attitude. I said ok thats fine didn't know if every location did it. Paid for a large tostiloco when she handed me my change she pretty much threw it in my hand. Even though tostiloco was huge everything tasted old. And the lime she squeezed was old as it made everything super bitter. First and last time I go to this location. read more

Horrible customer service. The girls had no idea who to help out first. Super unorganized. Also, non of the girls changed their gloves. They reused the SAME gloves over and over. Visited this place twice. My first visit was the week they opened & I got myself the esquite w/Hot Cheetos; it was too dry, not enough of the condiments it came with. The aguacate ice cream was pretty good though. The second time I got a mangoneada & it was OK nothing out of this world for me personally. I've tasted better. Also, it is pretty overpriced for just an OK product. The only other thing that was pretty good was the malteada de chocolate & decor the place has; very colorful & fun. Authenticity At its finest! This place is bomb.com The store is Vivid Colorful and very Nicely decorated. Placed an order over the phone drove about 7 minutes to the destination my order was ready when i got there. Everything was Delicious i ordered a Snikers milkshake and it was amazing bits of Snikers in every sip i took. I was very disappointed at the fact that one of their signs said buy one get one on Tuesday for a one scoop of ice cream, and when I I asked to honor it they said it was advertising something else. Even though it said buy one get one for ice cream. I still bought them but that was a very misleading advertisement. Overall it was good though. read more

Someone give my girl Sofia a raise. Super polite and patient with us. We came up from Gilroy and decided to eat some tortas from this one place near here. My family wanted ice cream and we came across this one. We said "let's give it a try". Had an awesome first time. Like said before, Sofia was helpful, helping me, my dad and siblings with their orders. All the stuff we got was super good. Ice cream and all. We might even drive up from Gilroy once in a while. It's more like halo halo vs boba tea. Tip: I saw another persons order and asked if I could order that but the staff told me it was a customized drink and they require you to order custom drinks 15-20 min in advance. It looked good though! Next time, we'll try this option and see how it goes.
