When she left a group of ladies sitting near us asked what the problem was and I explained it to them, their response was and I QUOTE "I'm so glad that you complained about that, they think it is only us that complains" So apparently I'm NOT the only one who complained and it certainly appears that others have and are still experiencing the same problem!
