She was one of the most professional, patient, and genuinely helpful servers I've encountered in a long time. In a world where good customer service seems to be disappearing, Keisha B was an absolute delight. Her attentiveness and insight made the entire dining experience exceptional. Our server Brittany was outstanding. The meal was delicious and portions were large-everything was perfectly prepared. The service was excellent throughout the evening. If there were zero stars I would have chosen that. Where to start...the wonderful Chardonnay selection is Woodbridge, that's it. As for gin, only Bombay, no Tanqueray. He finally ordered rum and coke and the coke was flat. Had to return it to the bar himself bc waitress didn't come back for a while. Had to ask for water 4 times! I ordered the burger, it was ok. The fries looked like they either sat out all day or were fried in old, really old grease . My husband got ribs, which he was happy with the serving size and they were tender. His onion rings, awful! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and I used to be a server.. We came here to celebrate my sister's graduation and it was NOT a great experience. Food was EXTREMELY late which is kinda understandable due to the size of the group, which wasn't huge, but I am being kind. Let's just say just about everyone's food was wrong. I sent the food they sent out back because it wasn't how I asked. I honestly lost my appetite, and I hadn't eaten anything all day. (It was around 9:30 PM) That how bad the experience was. Our server was kind and trying his best, but another server by the name of Olivia put the crap on the cake. She had a terrible attitude, was very rude, and just basically lacked all skills and qualities anyone who works in dining service should possess. Ate here since before I can remember. Pageants dance recitals all ended here. Once went in A/C had broke down, nothing the waiters could do not their fault, they still apologized and tried to find us cool seating and kept our drinks filled. We've been sitting for almost two hours now and we have yet to get our food. When we got rolls they were flat and did not come with the butter. We had to go up to the manager to get our drinks that we order almost 30 minutes ago. The manager also gave us an attitude when we spoke to her. She was incredibly rude and not helpful, when we asked about our drinks they were just sitting at the bar. We still have not got our food. I would like to just say that I've always had a bad experience here. But, after a while I decided to see if things have changed for the better. I can now say that it has. The food wasn't the best but manageable. So appreciative of Hailey who was my server! She was very attentive and made sure I was doing great! Its understandable that restaurants have to adjust due to COVID19...well a few days ago, I went here for the first time, wasnt sure if they open but yessss they were with signs on the door explaining there was no AC. With that in mind I decided to place an order to go. Got to the window and the kitchen area looked a mess, people working others socializing as I stood there e few minutes without being acknowledged. Our first time here. So our review is a bit mixed. I'm not sure if we were happy over all or a bit disappointed. Greeting took a little longer than usual. But a hostess did finally greet us, I think. All I remember is a blur of blonde hair going by, grabbed 2 menus and she was gone. A manager said, you can follow her, I didn't even know she was seating us until she poked her head around a booth wall and waved to us to come. The restaurant leds itself to a locale with little rules, as evident by the peanut shells all over the floor. Waitress came and took our drink orders in a timely manner. A guest from another table came over to us and gave us 2 "free entree" tickets. Apparently their service was lacking and they were given the coupons by the manager. We ordered fried pickles, which I will say were over cooked, some were burnt and the sauce was way too sweet. She ordered the Chicken Santa Fe and I had the ribeye. Overall the food was pretty good, my ribeye was excellent. The down side was the fried pickles. Our server didn't come around often or ask how we were doing. We finally got our check and I was only allowed to use 1 of the free entree coupons, so I gave the other one to a family sitting behind us. This is a really good option particularly in this area. I went to this place two days in a row. One night to watch the basketball playoffs with my dad after having dinner elsewhere, and then the next day for lunch. Both times we sat in the bar area. What is interesting is there are peanut shells everywhere!! It also makes tidy folks like myself feel uncomfortable with items on the floor. And it is a hazard. I am willing to bet someone has slipped on them. But, despite my uneasiness I made the best of it because my dad loves peanuts so he saw the bucket at our table as a prized possession. They also serve bread which is down right sinful. It is a buttery roll served with a spread that is somewhat sweet. I forced myself to take small bites as a way to avoid eating more than one. I ordered the soup and half sandwich. I chose the tortilla soup and santa fe club. Both were well seasoned. The soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had. It was relatively spicy and full of ingredients. The club was also very good. The dipping sauce is the one thing that made their sandwich unique. My dad had the chicken fried steak which is served with brown gravy or white gravy. He tried the brown but asked for it on the side. His plate was happy so I take he liked his too. absolutely the worst service ever! Its a shame i cant rate it lower. we have no intention of ever going back. Today was my husbands birthday and he said he wanted a ckn fried steak. Well apparently it had been sitting for the hour we were waiting on it. Ice cold, over cooked steak, ribs and no potatoes. We visited on 12/11/22 and waited close to an hour and a half for our food to come to the table. It was dry and overcooked. We were not told when we were seated that it would be a long wait.
