Food was pretty nasty. Service was GOOD. Bread rolls was putting too much butter, so greasy so all I did was rubbing a napkin over my roll so that I would not taste no butter. The pictures I posted and I told about how food was. Will I come back again? Hell no, I am sorry, but I would not come back again. read more

Glad we got a chance to stop by this steak house again. Even though they were out of a lot of items, our server Jordan made up for it! The cheese sticks, ribs, salad, loaded baked potato, and rolls all hit the spot on this chilly night. ASK FOR JORDAN's table. Best waitress we have had in a long time. Attentive but not too much interruption during the meal. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!! read more

Was the worst meal I've ever had can't even call it a meal cause there was NOTHING THAT WAS SERVED THAT WE COULD EAT! Steak raw (ordered medium rare) couldn't even cut it it was so tough! Bake potato was cold with a frozen piece of butter on top!! Potato soup was cold and had a bittter taste! Shrimp was like rubber ! BROCCLI HAD A BAD SMELL! We didn't eat anything! Was suppose to be our anniversary dinner! The womens bathroom was disgusting! Waitress was very kind along with the manager! read more

did not have beverages we ordered, the steaks we ordered or the sides we ordered. Place was filthy. Manager could not compensate for the poor service, cleanliness or meals. Do not go here. read more

service ok, food bad. i ordered medium, came crunchy... she ordered burger but had to wait 5 min for sauce and food was cold when came and was cold itself. my kids mac and cheese was just pasta with Alfredo... the kitchen was not well staffed. overall service was well enough, the food/kitchen was terrible. i highly recommend you do not go. i feel like i got a $20 meal for $70... not worth it at all. read more

To go service horrible they don't acknowledge you standing in there presence, toss you the Condiments like your a dog

Absolute worst restaurant I've ever stepped in. Stopped by with a table of 6 And the restaurant was empty. Waited over an hour for side salads to come out. They were out of bread. Asked where food was and was told they were out of our baked potatoes but our waitress didn't know till 30 mins after the fact. Finally requested to just bill us & miraculously the food appeared. Well apparently it had been sitting for the hour we were waiting on it. Ice cold, over cooked steak, ribs and no potatoes. Manager finally came and said she would remove all the food and just bill us for drinks. Then she decided since the salads were touched we needed to pay for those. Hope those 3.99 salads were worth the bad review I wouldn't have left had you not acted that way. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. read more

Do not eat here. 12 people in the kitchen 2 people trying to order. 1 lady waiting 20 min for rolls. Asked manager if I could place an order and STILL NO ONE TOOK OUT ORDER. Employees need to understand the ONLY reason they are there is to feed people. I'm disappointed. Was looking forward to eating there. Oh well. read more

Very disappointing! Ordered a burger and onion rings, burger was very over cooked and I got fries! Choked down half of it cuz I was starving! Husband ordered a t-bone and they brought him out a sirloin. Sent it back and didn't see our waitress again for 30 minutes!! read more

Walked in and walked out!! Bartender didn't ask for my drink order. She just flat out told me she was busy! To busy to make money. Do not patronize this business if they can not treat their guests with respect. read more

We visited on 12/11/22 and waited close to an hour and a half for our food to come to the table. It was dry and overcooked. We were not told when we were seated that it would be a long wait. It wasn't until an hour later, when we inquired, that we were told it was a shift change. Needless to say, we will not be back. read more

Our service was great!!! Our waitress Hailey was so attentive and sweet we will definitely be back to see her!

I haven't been to Santa Fe in quite a while and wanted to try it again. We were told it was a 20-30 minute wait, but it looked pretty busy so we expected that. We decided to stay and after over an hour of waiting with no update we decided to ask about how much longer. The hostess at the front let us know that the kitchen told them not to seat anyone else because they were slammed with to go orders..... a waitress literally suggested we go somewhere else. Why would they prioritize to go orders over people who have been there waiting so long already. Ofcourse we left... then we went to Tortilla Soup and was seated immediately. Very happy with our new choice but very hungry after a long wait. read more

Great food nothing on the menu yet that we didn't like ribs are falling off the bone hamburgers are big and juicy

Drove from NOLA to eat here, hostess turned us away since she thought the bartender was too busy with 2 tables even though we could see two spots open at the bar with dirty plates & just needed to be cleared. read more

Hailey sweet apologetic. Steak cool tough. No baked potatoes. Salad watery. Building freezing women's bathroom nasty 2 stall broken smelled horrible music blasting. Skip it if you can. read more

I give this place a one star only because the rolls were delicious. That's it. The quesadillas were nasty and the Phillips cheesesteak came back without cheese... they came back with it microwaved... the food got hard quickly. it was gross. At least the rolls were delicious! read more

I sat at the bar and the young lady behind the bar was friendly and very good letting try some different beers. I had the steak salad medium rare it is was great. A great place. read more

Typical, yet yummy steakhouse food. Our table had a great sampling- ribs, smoked sausage, chicken fajitas, and chicken fried steak. The ribs were served wet & fell off the bone. The fajitas were well, not overly, seasoned. The chicken fried steak was huge, but overcooked. Even on a busy Saturday night we were seated quickly, and the food was sizzlin' hot. Our waitress, well she seemed bothered to be at work. We tipped accordingly. read more

Chicken tortilla soup, 12" ribeye, fried apples, and mashed potatoes. We got our food to go and ate it at the local campground. The meal was okay. Truly not a whole lot to expand upon. The soup was tasty, however the "bowl" portion was exceptionally small. Pickup service literally moved at a snails pace. My husband went in to pick it up and was in here for 20 minutes. It was ready they were just slow. read more

A good place to grab a beer or two and catch a game, but the filet was forgettable.

I stopped in here with some co-workers and was pleasantly surprised with my food. The food was good, but they got both of my co-workers' orders wrong. The service was ok but needed improvement. The atmosphere is that of a Texas steakhouse. When we went, it wasn't busy, but we had to wait to be seated. Overall, this is not a place that I would visit again. read more

In town for a meeting, so we stayed across the street. We enjoyed the food and wait staff was very friendly. We had Randy and she was awesome. We even went back on Thursday to watch the game and she came over to say hello. Food was good and came out fast. If I ever go back will go back. read more

Server came to table without mask which I had to ask where it was. She went back and put it on however I noticed that the server waited on others without one. Food was good but will not come here again during pandemic. read more

This time around service was better, and the manager himself fixed my drink after I complained that it was watery. We ordered the appetizer sampler. Wings were good, fried cheese sticks were awesome, but the southwestern egg rolls were horrible. The burger that my husband had was good (Death Burger?) I took the recommendation of our server and tried the Alfredo pasta with chicken instead of a grilled rib-eye sandwich. I never thought I'd say this, but is there such a thing as too much cheese? The dish lacked depth of flavor, and tasted a bit sour because of the abundance of Parmesan. The Parmesan did not taste fresh, more like it came already shredded. The pasta was a little cold as well. The prices are reasonable and there are quite a few options on the menu. There are salads, sandwiches, steaks, burgers, ribs, and quite a few appetizers. read more

This review covers two separate visits. The first, we got there at 7:01pm. We were told a 15-20 minute wait. We asked for a booth, saw 2 different LARGE booths capable of seating our party remain empty for our entire 42 minute wait before we were seated in a large 'corner' booth, in which we were the ONLY table seated in the section of the restaurant (so not busy). We asked several times for one of the empty booths we were looking at, but were told "no servers" yet there was servers constantly coming up to the hostesses' table to chat and gossip with the FOUR hostesses and two managers that were standing there. So we were seated at 7:45 ish. We ordered drinks and appetizers, then 5 minutes later, our meal, and had our appetizers on out table by 8:10. Then we waited. And waited some more. At 9:26, our entrees arrived, one undercooked steak and one of the bbq plates not 'dry' as we asked but smothered in bbq sauce. The manager gave us a 'free app' card and offered $10 off our check. Then today happened. We went back to Santa Fe to try a birthday dinner, since we had a free app card. We waited for 30 minutes instead of the 20 we were told, but manageable. Again, two of our entrees were completely wrong, one completely uneatable, and we waited an hour and 12 minutes for our entrees. The manager said 'oh', wanted to argue that on the "pick two" bbq plate a chicken breast isn't on there (check the menu) and rolled her eyes when we said, um, yeah, it's on the menu and we got it last week. She took the uneatable entree off the ticket, but didn't do anything about the one that was the wrong item, and didn't even offer an "I'm sorry." We're regulars, we spend $80-100 before tip every other or every week at Santa Fe. Even tonight, it was $83 before tip and we still tipped 20%. I'm not sure why we are constantly treated like subpar customers to this manager, but we won't be returning until there has been time to retrain some of the staff. Oh, and btw, nothing was said about the birthday we were celebrating either. Some customer service, right? read more

Nothing like what we expected. Only thing that was good was the drinks. Steak was over cooked, baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt butter, I ask for a baked sweet potato and was told they were out of sweet potatoes but the table next to us ordered 20 minutes after us had sweet potatoes on their plates. When I ask why I was told they must have just found them we didn't have any when you ordered. This is at 8 pm so I know a truck didn't bring them. The staff was friendly that is the ones that showed up for work. Not eating there and spending $22 bucks on a dry burnt steak any more. From now own we will cook our own steaks. And there were no peanuts!!! read more

I was there yesterday picking up food for an elderly person who can't be outside with COVID-19. Not a single person in the kitchen was wearing a mask or gloves. I also saw a server bite her nails and then pick up a baked potato and place it on a plate and take it to a customer. I won't be back. Ever. read more

Had dinner Friday night at Santa Fe Steakhouse with my long-time best friend Dennis Leggett. We both had steak dinners which were excellent and were prepared exactly to order Shane the manager of Santa Fe Steakhouse came over and introduced himself and we talked about how the restaurant has progressed and became a better eating establishment and the waitress staff was excellent we had to ask for nothing they were on the ball. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thanks Shane. read more

This is the perfect place to bring the family or to come hang out with friends, relax, and grab a few drinks! They offer a free soft drink with the purchase of an entree on their Lunch Express menu Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm. They also have half-priced appetizers Monday-Friday from 3-6. My favorite place to eat in McComb!! read more

We only had a party of four for Father's Day and decide to go to Santa Fe Cattle. Upon entering the restaurant was only a quarter full but we were told that it was going to be a 25 minute wait so we waited. When we finally got seated it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and for us to order. After the waitress took our order it was another 55 minutes before it arrived. The food was cold, my husband's steak again was over cooked and my sons French fries were cold also. This is the third time we have gotten extremely bad service from this restaurant and I believe we have been very fair in dealing with them. We will NOT be going to Santa Fe Cattle Company again. I recommend that you stay away from this place. read more

The only thing worse than the service was the food. The nacho grande appetizer was topped with ground beef (no seasoning) and liquid cheese as thin as milk. It came out cold. I ordered the beef tips medium rare. They came out well done, no flavor (like it was boiled) and cold topped with Campbell French onion soup. The only thing eatable was the onion rings on the side that were cold as well. Worst food ever! We should have stopped at Arby's read more

Where to start well first the manager was too busy hitting on female workers to worry about how the customers good and service was, second there was two older ladies working there and they was doing all they could to keep up because other customers would ask them for things because there server wouldn't come back because they was too worried about laughing and talking to other workers, third the stake was over seasoned and not cooked right and the mashed potatoes all you could taste was salt. I highly recommend better management and skills training. It took them 15 minutes to get me a drink about 45 for the food and they wasn't busy, if you like bread and peanuts this is the place for you. Sorry to the older ladies y'all was fantastic at keeping other customers along with your customers happy. read more

Food was ok. Service wasnt that great. The guy never did bring us silverware, and it took forever for us to get our second drinks

Many thanks to our wonderful waitress "Jessica" for the great service she provide with a warm personality. Her recommendation for the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich was wonderful and we so enjoyed our visit. Thanks again Jessica !!! We will be back !! read more

Decently cook meal but service was bad. Had waitress roll her eyes at my wife after asking getting some mayo for my sons burger for the third time and then call her a few choice words as she walked off. It's always nice to take you wife out for her birthday and get treated like this. read more

First off, 15 minute wait at the door with an empty restaurant to "clean" a table. Second, don't even order an appetizer because you probably won't get it. Third, the first waitress we had was rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order. Fourth, don't come here and plan to have an alcoholic beverage because, they don't even have drink menus. Fifth, it doesn't matter how you want your steak cooked because you won't get it how you ordered anyway. Pretty terrible experience seems to get worse every time. Think I'll take my business next door to Applebee's from now on. read more

This used to be a place my family and I enjoyed frequently but lately it's garbage. Our nachos were so stale we couldn't eat them. We ordered sweet tea, the waitress brought unsweet, when we told our waitress she brought back one tea ( still unsweet) for two guests. The waitress acted like she was stoned. I try to give restaurants some slack during COVID but Sante Fe didn't even put worth an effort. There were only two tables of guests in the restaurant so being busy wasn't an excuse. read more

I have been to several Sante Fe restaurants, but this, by far is absolutely the worst service!! Most of our orders were wrong and the food was cold (and we waited almost an hour to get it)! read more
