I don't recall posting this before but if I have, sorry. Chalk it up to getting old and thinking too much. The last four times I've been to Wendy's, my hamburger was not fully cooked. I used to love Wendy's burgers, but I cannot order them anymore for fear they will be undercooked. Mostly what I go there for is a Frosty. Those things are still delicious. Be careful if you go late. I went there one night at 12:50 am. They say they are open till one. Not true. The lady at the window said they were closed. I said it's only 12:50 and your sign says you close at 1. She said, and I quote, "no, we leave at 1:00 am but we stop serving at 12:45am. Now, in my world, a sign reading open till 1:00am means serving our customers till 1:00am. If you stop serving customers at 12:45 then telling me you are open till 1:00 means nothing to me because you aren't going to help me. So, Wendy's, which is it-,12:45, or 1:00am. If you must eat here... Well, I guess it's "OK"..... I only order a large chili. Literally- that's it. No drink, no fries or potato. The MANAGER came to the window.. "large chili?" .... Me: "Yes.." He passes me the bag... Me (after seeing the bag....) can I have napkins? Can I have hot sauce? Do you mind if I get crackers??? .... ALL this with the manager! He handed me 2 crackers.... Not sure why happened I had a simple number 6 large with a sweat tea. And somehow got charged for two. Since it was busy I said f** it don't worry about it. And I took both. Food was good and hot but they gave me this half ass sweat tea and I'm not sure how this happened but here is a pic of both my teas. Very busy with narrow parking lot. Drive thru goes in front of the door. There are speed bumps to keep them from running you over. Employees friendly enough, but not very motivated to get orders taken or delivered. This whole town lacks motivated employees. read more

Always always ALWAYS check your order before you drive off. I have never received the correct order at this particular Wendy's. The attention to detail is just pitiful. When you call them to get your order replaced, they act like they are doing you a favor to do the job they should have done to begin with. I understand that people make mistakes but there is no reason to be rude to someone who paid for an order that was wrong. I will say that management is very friendly but they need to be more of a drill sgt. to make employees pay attention to what they're doing. =) read more

This Wendy's is excellent! The service was fast and courteous. The place was busy but orders were quickly filled by efficient staff with a smile. I've tried several fast food places in McComb. Two different Wendy's reviews in the same day, I know, crazy talk! I had to make an emergency stop here after being paged from work. I pulled off there interstate and made a gamble that Wendy's would have free Wi-Fi so I could do my work. I was very lucky that they not only had it, but it was fast, and let me access my VPN to fix the issues at the office. That said, as I said in my earlier review, I am generally a fan of Wendy's food. Since I was using this location to get online, albeit briefly, I figured I would order something to eat and drink. The fries were way over salted, which I could live with as that just sometimes happens. What irked me to no end was the coffee I ordered... They said it would be "3 minutes" for the coffee maker to finish. No problem, I can wait 3 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later, after 4 different employees walked in front of me and 2 managers asked the cashier (not me, even though I was standing right in front of them) why I was waiting (both times "coffee" which resulted in a shoulder shrug), someone finally came up to me and said the coffee would be 2 more minutes. I was told that when they made it the first time, the coffee was not actually put in the filter was the water came out clear, so they needed to make more. I understand that mistakes happen. They happen everywhere, but what I don't understand is when that many different employees can think it is OK to not say anything that all. You need to own up to whatever is going on in the situation. Having me wait that long, only to tell me that there was a problem at the last minute was poorly done. I would have gotten a soda and been back on the road long before that, if I would have been informed of the issue.
