24/7? Lie. I drive up at 3:50 to order and the woman at the drive thru said "we are closed" I responded ,with pointing out the advertised.c24 hours. Idk if they have cameras and can see who's going through but I just had the worst experience ever. I was amazed at this placce. There was a long line at the drive thru, but they moved everyone on out very quickly. The person who took my order was efficient and polite. I got the correct order and I was amazed first by the value of the 4 for $4. Next, the McDouble was a good size hamburger and was good tasting. The chicken nuggets were big and white meat chicken. The fries were golden hot and delicious. I am very sorry they don't have Coke Zero. This crew, this day ran an excellent McDonald! Give these guys a raise! read more

This McDonald's is right off the interstate so it should operate at full functionality. Every-time we stop here the Frappe machine is broken or the employees just don't want to make a frappe. It's been "broken" for about 2 years. This McDonald's needs to step up its game since they are building a Chick-fil-A next door. Chick-fil-A will have everything working, be faster and way friendlier I'm sure. read more

As a serious reviewer of McD's this place is not in the upper half by any means. First of all its farther off the interstate than the signage might suggest. The franchise is an older one in serious need of an upgrade and the place in general is not well kept. Plenty of Golden Arches to choose from along I-55, move along is my advice. read more

This place is awful. Pitiful customer service. Last time I wanted food here. My boyfriend and I went inside because they ALWAYS get my order wrong. All I wanted a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. In person, I told her TWICE. To her face. Know what they gave me? A biscuit . A friggin biscuit. I gave it back to get it replaced. Four people were served their food before I got mine. When I got the RIGHT order, it was COLD. Literally never want to return. It's EVERY TIME . You'll tell them what you had at the pickup window, they get you to pull up and get asked by another worker, "what you have" , THEN they go back in to tell the cooks. After I've repeated myself no telling how many times. I get my order after they ask what I have, and they STILL GET IT WRONG. I usually don't make a big deal, but more and more fast food orders are wrong. I went yesterday to this McDonalds. Ordered 1 BEC biscuit, 1 SEC biscuit, 1 medium Cola and 1 SEC mcgriddle. Order total was $11.57 or there about. I pull up. Give him my money. Pull up again to second window and he asked me if I had cookies. I said no. I repeated my order THREE times patiently to this man. He told me to pull up and wait. I waited 15 minutes for my order. I'm starving right? I repeated myself FOUR times in total to this McDonald's. I got home and they charged me $11.57 and my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. I called the number provided several times. At first I thought maybe it was because they were upset to work on July 4th. Yesterday was July 3rd so they have no excuse. I called several times only to be hung up on. If you want nasty service and food, come here :) I got 1 sausage biscuit, one SEC biscuit, and one BACON egg and cheese mcgriddle when I asked for sausage and repeated myself TOO many times. I would have given 5 stars, but, it is still a McDonald's, ya know. I do stop at McDonald's when I travel as the food is easy to consume without it ending-up all over your shirt. Regardless, I stopped at this particular McDonald's today on my way back to Memphis & was very impressed with, not the food, but more so the employees. Everyone was very polite, especially the young man refilling the drink station supplies. I had just filled my cup with Diet Coke when they called-out my food order was ready at the counter. I left my cup that had just been filled with Diet Coke sitting adjacent to the drink station to go grab my to-go order & upon my return the young man had put the top on it and handed me the straw. I thanked him, he said your welcome & have a nice day. The behind the counter employees were equally as nice. I felt compelled to write this because this sort of kindness is not typical of most McDonald's restaurants. read more
