The bruschetta came very quickly and was delicious. However, we then waited an exorbitant amount of time for any other food to arrive. This was a huge problem because our toddler was completely running out of patience; I ran up and down the river with her and maxed out her interest in drawing with crayons; we took turns, but were at the end of our wicket. Frustratingly we saw table after table get served before us whilst I couldn't even make eye contact with my original server. Forget my hunger--how long can it take to make a little bolognese?? Eventually I caught a young blonde server (Maddy) who was very nice and got the ball rolling. The kids food finally came out, but our original server with a beard made no attempt to apologise. Later, when the adult food eventually came out, it was about the quality of what I can do at home. The restaurant has a nice position, but there is much better off and on the river. My husbands pasta was creamy, a little salty as expected with the prosciutto, and the smell of our garlic bread made all the tables heads turn. We even did an espresso and gilatti to finish the meal. Great service, we did show up a bit early for our reservation and made it just in time for the crowds to show up. Some of the food was tasty, like the fried calamari and the salad with bacon, grilled chicken, and mozzarella. They have a great refreshing, not overly-sweet lemonade, mint, I think. My companion enjoyed his penne with prosciutto. But I was a bit taken aback by the seafood risotto -- far, far too salty and with an unexpected kick.
