In quiet devotion, I went to La Mama. La Mama is a farm-to-table inspired (European/American) restaurant with a thoughtfully curated menu supporting local/seasonal ingredients and a selection of natural wines. It is cozy, charming, lovely. "La Mama" translates to "the mom" or "the mother" in English. It is a feminine noun used in Spanish to refer to one's mother. While I wish I could enjoy La Mama with my mama, I must believe that she knows. For those who have their mom still around, take her here on a whim. Take her here often. It will always make her day; a cherished memory for years to come.

Went there for 2 days in a row for the amazing coffee, some of the best we could find in Santa Fe. The Chai cake is incredibly good. Along with the bagels ,hummus plate with house cracker, and mushroom toast. Great service as well . Staff was friendly and helpful.

3.5 stars A cute stop downtown. The once house is now a coffee shop, winery, and grocery store. Honestly may have more than that. It's cute with lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. The downside for me was no WiFi apparently a lot of people use a public xfinity WiFi that's nearby. And my lemonade was $4 for a small glass of mostly ice. I think I just came with the wrong intentions. I want to come again with friends for a drinks.

Lower level. Sunday morning, January 5.

Low key vibe. Sparklingly clean. Good coffee. Tasty breakfast bowl. A few minutes' walk from the Plaza. Like the playlist, too

Bardos Cider we split-a very dry and flavorful cider.

WOW. Wine here is AWESOMENESS!…read more Yelp friends ... Armando Rosales is the friendliest bartender I've met in a long while He's from Espanola so he's super down to Earth ! (Future manager I think) He let me sample some great wines 1) Signature Canyon Five ~ fruity. Unique 2) Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon ~ AMAZING ! I ordered number 2 to pair with my (incredible) FRENCH ONION SOUP If you have that on your menu I have to try it but this was truly exceptional ! Following that I had the New York Strip. Medium rare. GREAT but I did ask for a side of Green Chile. And Garlic Aioli for the potatoes Nicely cooked but I added some salt and chile to make it pop my taste buds. YES. I would order it again the same way The Pork Chop looked great as well Desert was also very good. Truffles and Port wine ...I love Port wine (Spicy chocolate truffles with lovely RED CHILE in them) I think I'd give these guys 6 stars of if I could because Armando was so cool toward me !

We were walking by Hervé at the time, it felt meant to be. We had been here before a few years back. I remembered they had some solid reds before. We walked into their festive dining area and grabbed a couple spots at the bar. They had plenty of options. We weren't totally sure so the kind bartender let us a try a couple. I'm happy to say they still have some good reds. I've always thought that Lescombes were one of the best New Mexican wines, and they had those. We got their Hervé board as well to nibble on, which was a great assortment of meat cheeses and more. From the bites to the wines to the service, it's one of the best spots to kill an hour downtown.

The waiters were continually bumping the back of my chair when they were delivering food to the table next to us. Other rooms didn't look as tight. The food made up for it. Food was delicious. I ordered the pumpkin ravioli for my first course. This was delicious. however, the pumpkin amounts were not the same in every ravioli. My first ravioli had the most pumpkin in it and was so delicious. I kept expecting to have that same amount of pumpkin but the rest barely had any. My partner ordered the Steak Frites, which he enjoyed, but there were no veggies, which I always expect with a meal. I ordered the rack of lamb, with carrots, potatoes and turnips. Absolutely delicious and I had plenty of veggies to share. Last, we both ordered the apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream. Our waitress was friendly, checked on us periodically, poured wine when we needed it, and just made sure we had everything we needed. Great French restaurant.

Had a bottle of Pinot Blanc from Alsace and a 1/2 btl of Gigondas from the Rhone. I really love it when restaurants have a decent selection of 1/2 btls.
