This would have been a much higher review because they did a good job inside it appears, but unfortunately at twice the charge of some competitors this cleaning service left me needing to frantically run out last minute before my inspection to buy cleaning supplies from my base hotel with a two year old in tow because they failed to tell me they won't clean the house's garbage cans (on the list they agreed to take care of) and failed to mention this to me until I went to the property to see if they had finished yet and saw it myself. For a company that claims to have experience with military inspections, I think is it unacceptable that they failed to warn me about this upfront before I hired them and turned down their competition! When asked about it, they curtly said I could have gone with their competition (who does it) and chose not to, but they could do it at an extra charge. I have half a mind to go to the dept of licensing and see if they even own a business license with business practices as poor and irresponsible as this. For military moves, a time when the military family is stressed to the max, I would have hoped to hire a company that actually cared and understood about why we hire them. It's not for the cleaning, it's for the relief of stress in a stressful time. If they create even more stress as a result of their service and react coldly instead of wanting to make it right, it's pretty much a waste of money and feels rotten. In closing, I hired Delma's Cleaning Service with the understanding they would do all the cleaning required to make my house pass inspection, she even guaranteed it and I left her the military cleaning list. I found out the day before inspection she failed to hold up her end of the bargain and didn't bother to tell me there were things on the list she didn't do, and had to supplement her work myself in a highly inconvenient stressful time. She was not apologetic or at all willing to fix it, and didn't take responsibility for not warning me beforehand. She did a good job inside, but because of this move of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility I will not in good conscience recommend her to other military families.

So I looked in the dumpster while on the phone with the lady and found my curtains with the vacuum bag and my plunger and toilet scrubbers all in one bag. I told the lady they should not have taken them down and she just kept saying "uh-huh" and I said they shouldn't have thrown them away and she said "uh-huh". Went on like this until I gave up.
