I'm a pretty particular when it comes to housekeeping, and this was the first time we had a cleaning service to our home. I was blown away with how meticulous and thoughtful the ladies were. Not only was the team professional and kind, but they were unbelievably thorough with every aspect of our home. From floor to ceiling.. everything was beyond my expectations. Paid $400 to have my whole house cleaned, only to have to ask them to come back once they left because they had clearly missed things. Even after they left the second time, I had to mop my own room. They were lovely girls, but I wouldn't do it again. read more

Mediocre cleaning. Poor customer service. We requested weekly cleaning indicating the importance of ridding our home of dust due to allergies and asthma. We requested eco-friendly products, which they claim to use. Instead, we had to provide our own products. The first week was supposed to be a deep cleaning, at double the normal rate. The crew came and went, but missed several portions of the house. We took video, sent to the owner, and one maid was sent to clean the missed areas the following day. That maid pointed out additional work that the first crew had failed to perform. After the second cleaning, the house was generally clean and we were satisfied. It was not deep cleaned, but we decided to continue with their services. The second week was perfectly fine because a different crew came. The third week, one maid lied, stating that she'd dusted and swept the office when clearly she hadn't. The supervisor agreed that the cleaning hadn't been done, and completed that area personally. They used the wrong cleaning products triggering an asthma attack. The owner apologized and suggested a solution, which she failed to follow through on. The fourth week they did not show up at their scheduled time. When they were more than an hour late, we sent a text asking if they were running late. The response was that they were no longer accepting new customers. We were existing customers with a regularly scheduled time, but apparently requiring that the maids actually clean was too much to ask. If they decided that our expectations were too high, they could have simply said so and declined further service. Instead, they chose to not show up and then lie when asked about it. Bottom line: The owner lacks basic professionalism and that is reflected by a substantial portion of her employees. Additionally, the inconsistency of cleaning indicates a lack of proper training. Finally, although she advertises the use of eco-friendly products, this is inaccurate at best. read more

After coming to the agreement that the maids were to only clean around things and not to reorganize whilst I was at work, the team took it upon themselves to remove "empty" boxes from my home and put them into a cluttered pile in the garage. Inside one of these "empty" boxes, was my playful 7lb cat, who was just hiding from all the commotion. The maids confirmed after this incident that they were aware of her presence upon entering the home. Outside in the cold garage, sat my poor cat for approximately 5hours trapped inside of a box buried under other boxes and a bag of trash until I returned home and tore the house apart looking for her. The negligence and carelessness of this cleaning team endangered the life of my pet and put her in harms way with risk of suffocation. This is absolutely frightening as well as concerning. The complete disregard for the cleaning agreement combined with the lack of awareness as to what was being thrown out in the garbage could have very easily cost my beloved pets life. Attention to detail should be a number one priority, especially for a service such as this. One would think you would notice a 7 pound difference in a stack of empty boxes..which were not to be even touched in the first place. read more

I needed an empty house cleaned. I called Christina and made a date for 3 weeks later. She showed up on time and began immediately. She brought everything she needed to get the job done. Took her 5-6 hours to do entire house. Bathrooms scrubbed. Fans cleaned. Floors vacuum and mopped. Refrigerator cleaned as well as stove and oven. Awesome!! Thank you Christina!!! read more

I had probably four cleanings from this company. The initial visit things seem to have gone well since that was our first time ever using a cleaning service and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was so pleased that day I wrote a great review on my social media page. From that moment on things went downhill. 2nd visit it was the being 45 minutes late and no one calling ahead. 3rd time was a very important date, a special event for our family; the service staff was over an hour behind; barely cleaned the house appropriately; wiping things down quick instead of ''cleaning" and had finished the whole house in less than 45 minutes (which previously was about 2 hours to clean our home) because they had another service call to make that same day and were running behind (one of the staff had mentioned this while conversing with me). When I called to express my concerns about the service I'd received, the owner offered no satisfactory remedy until I suggested taking money off on my next service call; she offered to take off $10 (???). Well I waited and called the 4th time. Again over 45 minutes late; no one called ahead to say they would be late, did not clean well again to where my spouse complained about what was not done. Once more I called the owner and expressed the lack of costumer service, the poor quality of service they provided today and explained that I would take $20 off the fee and reminded her how she had previously said she would give the $10, when she stated "I needed to pay the full price, which I responded with letting her know that was not going to happen. She then stated "Well we won't be coming back to your house" and hung up before any thing else could be said. I explained to her staff what had happened on the phone and why I was paying $20 less, because their owner lack 'customer service skills'. read more
