However, we scheduled and The plumber was to show up between 800-1100am. Noon rolls around and no one showed up, no phone call, no text! I called and come to find out that the plumber was on "another job" and they haven't heard from him all day! People have jobs and take time away from their jobs for these scheduled appointments. No call, No show is very inconsiderate and shows how you truly feel about customers. Geez, you would think that if you charge $135/hr the least you could do is have better customer service! We cancelled the appointment and scheduled w/ someone else!

They didn't do anything and I didn't hear from them for months. They called and said someone had dropped the ball and that they'd like to come back and try again. Again nothing, until I got a bill for $120. Finally I got an estimate of $15k to fix a leak in my shower. Completely useless and they're still trying to get the $120 for coming to my house.
