Fix your sh** and maybe I'll retract this review, but I don't recommend nor will I ever engage in business with you. Stop bringing your child to the job site. Coordinate details before you start the job, never show up unannounced and never put the customer at risk by employing a minor on someone else's property. But I had repeated issues with late reimbursement on rents. I moved two properties away from them and it has been over two months and they still haven't provided the deposits from the renters. Repeated phone calls and emails go unanswered. I would not recommend their property management services at this time. It is unfortunate because they are very nice people, but I think they are struggling which is impacting my rental income.
