In March of 2023, I contacted Arise construction for a quote for an addition to my residence. I called their work number, left a voice message, no reply. I visited their website and left my information along with details of the addition, and four days later, I was contacted, and an appointment was made for an estimate of the addition. On March 24th a representative from Arise construction took estimates and over the next week, several more estimates were done. I was told that I would be contacted with the estimation of cost for the project. The months of April and May passed, and no contact from Arise construction. A hailstorm struck and caused massive damage to the community of Clovis and I understood that most construction companies were backed up due to the demand for repairs of roofs, so I waited patiently. June, July, and August passed and still no contact. On September 8, I contacted Arise construction on their office number and left my name and contact information along with details of the requested project from March 2023 with the receptionist. I also called and left a voice message for an individual by the name of "Derek" (one of the representatives that took measurements in March). On September 26, I called the office I left a voice message and visit their website and again left my information along with a detail description of the requested project. As of September 29th, I have given up on Arise construction. Based on my experience with Arise construction, they are unreliable and unresponsive. I don't know if it was due to manning issues, lack of building material or not being able to handle the project, I just asked that they be professional and stated the reason. I stated earlier, any business has the right to refuse service, just tell that individual. I highly do not recommend this company.

It was awhile before they actually came to do the work. We were told that it would only take a couple of days to get the fence up. We didn't want to be too long without a fence because we have dogs. They ran into some problems with the old fence being set in concrete. So that pushed the project to last longer. It took them almost two weeks to complete it.But the footings they poured are not great. Some places have cracks all the way through the footing. The fence line itself is off and wonky. None of the poles are even. There was problems with the gap under the gate which when addressed they couldn't see any problems even though the gap difference was more than two inches from the other side. They added a panel that closed the gap by 1/2 inch. One side of the gate didn't even have the panel all the way attached. And the gate is uneven so the bolt to close it doesn't line up and you have to lift the gate up.They left it looking unfinished and when asked what could be done they just stuck a crappily cut piece of panel on there with some screws. We also asked about the posts having caps since they are set in concrete and the solution we were told was that holes needed to be drilled into the pipe so all the water to come out. We bought caps ourselves but it was hard to put them on because the posts were all cut crookedly. They don't clean up after themselves. There is a big pile of concrete in our alley way and the project has been completed now for over two weeks. They were supposed to come back the next day to clean it up. I cleaned up what I could but most of it is one giant piece stuck in the ground. And they messed up the landscaping on one side of the house and once addressed they told us that's how it looked when they came. Which it was not and it can be seen in the ad they created with our project. I wouldn't use them again for anything. They are not professional and don't especially like to hear the customers concerns. As of July they still haven't picked up the concrete. We tried breaking it up but couldn't.

Even though the were planted incorrectly... their excuse was "we are new at planting" $600 down the drain. Find someone else that will listen to what you WANT and actually KNOWS what they're doing!!
