We usually shampoo the carpets ourselves every 6 months but our living room needed extra attention due to red Gatorade being sprayed by a rogue child with a subpar sippy cup. Also, a boy who didn't wanna potty train urinated on the carpet a few times. Their employees are certified and courteous. Carpet Tech offers a quote and consultation first. The job took most of the morning and early afternoon but they are timely and efficient. My whole family was tested for allergies after moving to Clovis and ot was determine we have none. Doctor literally diagnosed our allergy-type distress as the "Clovis Crud" aka bad air quality due to high winds blowing around industrial agriculture. Promptly returned my phone call, when all the other companies in town still have not. Scheduled a visit to get me an estimate, arrived promptly and were very professional. Cleaned my carpets the same day (which they cannot always guarantee, but will try and can reschedule). The carpets are a million times better and they were old grungy rental house carpets. The carpet looks great and they were so quick! They were able to arrive earlier than originally scheduled, which was ok by me! The carpets dried fairly quickly and they even left me 2 different spot cleaners. The only thing that bothered me was the price, I can understand the steps price, but I feel that my small hallway was a bit expensive. All in all though they did an excellent job and were so nice and efficient! I also appreciate the follow up phone call to check how the carpet was! read more

i had them come out to my house and steam clean my stair case half of a hallway and a bedroom and they let me have a free bottle of the cleaner once they were down. some young men who were extremely nice. will be calling them again! read more
