Wonderful atmosphere and great service, the food was all wonderful. The fish ceviche they served as a starter was so delicious. The kids loved the food as well. We will be back!

It was every bit as good as I had hoped. Shuck's knows seafood--and they know how to make dining fun. From their lively, engaging servers to their inviting atmosphere and unique menu offerings, everything comes together to create a memorable experience. Most importantly, the quality of the food consistently shines through. My wife and I ordered the Deep South Risotto, a delicious combination of fresh shrimp, Andouille sausage, and green beans tossed in a spicy, creamy risotto. We also enjoyed the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, featuring perfectly cooked teriyaki-glazed salmon served over a blend of brown rice and red quinoa with tender sautéed broccoli. Paired with Shuck's famously ice-cold draft beer, these excellent entrées made for the perfect lunch before heading over to Big Ten Baseball at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. If you're visiting Omaha and find yourself downtown, make time for Shuck's Fish House & Oyster Bar. Great seafood, great atmosphere, and great service--you won't be disappointed.

I wish the cocktail was a bit bigger. We had to wait a while for our food, I think someone may have called out from the staff because the two waitresses were running around A LOT but did their best to take care of everyone!!

Plank has, unfortunately, announced they will be closing at the end of 2025, and while I did enjoy…read moresome of their food offerings, I can't say I'm super surprised. They definitely have/had some pretty high prices compared to other eateries in the area. I'm not sure if that is caused by cost of goods or location or what, but I think that did come into play when a lot of economic hardship is happening all over. Like I mentioned above, I DID like their food, but it definitely had to be a special occasion type of thing, due to the high prices. When we did go, I LOVED the Maryland Crab Dip. It reminded me of my favorite crab dip in the world, at the SweetWater Brewing Company in Atlanta. We also had the Green Bean Almandine that was on special last time we went and that was pretty good, but you have to be a green bean fan, for sure. I decided to try the sushi as my main dish last time, and had the Everything Crunch Maki, which consisted of cooked salmon, jalapeño, and cream cheese. It was pretty good, and had a little hint of spice to it from the jalapeño, which cut the heavy cream aspect. My husband had the Grilled Atlantic Salmon for his entree, and gave me a few bites. It was cooked well and the mushroom risotto below it was very flavorful and filling. The cute nautical ambiance and excellent service were always appreciated, so no complaints there either. I think if they had been in a different area with less expensive rent and cost of goods, I may have visited more often.

This spot was right by the hotel in Old Market, and we were early enough to get right in and grab a nice table (during happy hour, no less). The vibes are clean, nautical without being cheesy, and bright. The service was equally bright and helpful, and everything was flowing. On a super hot day, I had a Tom Collin's that was great and refreshing. Our group shared calamari with a top tier dipping sauce, an "aji verde" sauce that was new to me but I would buy it by the pint. We also shared their truffle fries and the side of mustard aioli was great as well. Best fries in a while. For my main, I got the blackened Mississippi catfish that was served over dirty rice, green beans, tomatoes, and a crawfish beurre blanc. It was as good as it sounds, I ate every bite on the plate. Okay, so let's recap: Amazing location? Check. Great service? Check. Good specials/happy hour? Check. Great food? Major check. Hard to top, I'll go here everytime I'm in the area and it was hard not to go back twice.

They have TVs surrounding the dining area and tons of people were in there watching a championship game when we went. It was a great atmosphere! They have tons of seating whether you want a high or low table, booth, or bar seat. If you don't speak Spanish, the menu is in English and Spanish. I ordered a Paloma querida and my husband ordered a cantarito Mexicano. When we looked at the menu, we noticed that the drinks had exactly the same content but the cantarito was $5 more ($23). I asked the server who said that they put a full ounce in the cantarito and only half an ounce of tequila in the Paloma. That was a bummer to hear, because it ended up being mostly juice to drink. I ordered the quesabirria tacos, 3 of them, and wish I would've stopped at 2. They're huge compared to other restaurants, so keep that in mind!

The sauce that came with was very good and flavorful as well. I also had the Cantarito but ordered the wrong one because I looked at the wrong menu, but it was also a little odd because it tasted like a pineapple drink so it wasn't my fave. We also happened to get there during the Champions League Final so it was also a fun atmosphere!

When we walk up, we are always greeted by a friendly face and our order is taken quickly. We've never gone on a Sunday so it was a bit crowded today. I usually stop by during the week and see Connie the owner's daughter. But today, my husband surprised me after church. It was warm outside and I wanted something cool and refreshing so I tried the Aguachili Verde. My husband had the tacos per usual, he doesn't eat seafood. And we got our favorite, which is the cucumber water and also the jasmine tea. Which tastes a little bit like an Arnold Palmer. Both are delicious and refreshing. My husband's tacos are great as usual. I was a little hesitant with what I had gotten because she said it was spicy but offered to put the sauces on the side so I can try them first. I got home, put it all together and tried the sauces. The green was good and as expected but the other little container of sauce surprised me. I thought it was a red salsa but when I tasted it, it had like a soy sauce or maybe like a Japanese flavor with also a little bit of a salsa flavor, it blew my mind! Holy cow I found a new favorite. Goodbye shrimp tacos hello AguaChile. Now they have a version in red or green. So you know what I'm trying next. If you haven't come to this place they speak English and Spanish and they also have menus in both languages. They are super friendly and the food comes out very quickly. You must absolutely try this delicious food truck. I mean, if I had a last meal it would come from Tres Puertos..
