He ordered the carne asada and I ordered a fried chicken dish with plantains (I've had at other Honduran restaurants but can't remember the name). Mi Bella Honduras made my dish very well - the portion was large and I liked that the chicken was on top of the plantains to capture all the flavor. In order to make that happen, the right team must be employed beginning from management. It's a professional environment and an opportunity to earn a living wage to care for yourself and your family. NOTHING should be taken personally, leave your problems, issues, racism, hatred, and prejudice at the door or in your car before you walk into the establishment.
