I don't think anywhere in Oakland gives you even close to half a plate here for the same cost or even sometimes more! I've been to several locations that charge $25 for a shrimp plate and only give 6 to 8 shrimp I easily get 12+ on every plate I've ordered from here. My current obsessions are the breakfast burrito and Camarones a la Diabla extra spicy. Neverrrrr disappoints! I'm also super excited that they're now available on DoorDash it saves me a trip on busy days! Service is always a 10 out of 10 ! I also love the ambiance makes you feel like you're in an authentic Mexican restaurant and you know you'll be getting authentic Mexican food. OH and let's not forget about their new dessert item FLAN! It's to die for, I always get a slice to eat on the spot after my lunch/dinner and one to go for later! Their a perfect size and great price. My go to spot for a sweet treat too now! I heard they'll also be getting more dessert options in soon Highly recommend if you're in the area or even making your way out with a small drive !

Tacos and burritos are incredible and reasonably priced. Salsas are also fire. My only and biggest issue is that every single time I come here there are no shrimp tacos (my favorite) and yet there remain on the menu. Given how many times I've been here and I still have not had any luck eating shrimp tacos, they should probably remove. Highly recommend this place- my kids love the baby burritos.

It's well seasoned and flavorful. Better than most places because they cook and cut it from the trompo Asada 4/5 Meat is nicely grilled which gives it a nice smokey flavor. Well seasoned and because it's chopped into smaller pieces, helps chew through the tough bites Pollo 4.5/5 This caught me by surprise because it tasted almost like carnitas. The chicken is grilled but it had the texture of a carnita. It was crispy, tender and very juicy. Nicely seasoned. This became one of my favorite meats Cabeza 4.5/5 Nicely seasoned and super tender. Drinks 4/5 Agua frescas are good but are mostly on the sweeter side. My favorite is the cucumber lime because it's very refreshing. Sauces 3.5/5 I think the sauces are okay because it's slightly watered down for me. But it's still good on the tacos. Condiments 5/5 It's self serve but they're not stingy with the amount you need or want for your meal. Great selection from grilled onions and jalapeno, green and red salsa, lime, cucumber, and radish. Ambience 4/5 It's dining outside of a questionable area but there's plenty of tables and parking if it's not busy.
